I purchased a unit a year ago for my basement. Worked great for about a year before starting to form ice on the coils in summer conditions. I contacted the company by email, and sent pictures of the problem and they very quickly sent a replacement. From what I understand, the cooling coil fins were damaged out of the box and this damage is not visible on the replacement unit, which now is doing a phenomenal job lowering the humidity in my 450 sq-ft basement. In 12 hours, the relative humidity reduced from 60 to 50%.

I never write reviews until I've used it for awhile. Well it got a really good workout these past 3 weeks. We were in the devastating flood that hit parts of Vermont. After 16" of water in our stone basement, this dehumidifier dried things out beautifully! It is so quiet and energy efficient I was amazed. After having a different brand that ran constantly and really raised my electric bill, I was so glad this really did the trick. Thank you

Lots of moisture in house due to old fireplace that is way to expensive to fix right now. I keep right next to the fireplace and set to 45. I fills up rather quickly for me but I know it’s working. Would love to set up the constant empty hose feature but no proper drainage point. It is a bit difficult to me to operate the button user settings that’s my only drawback.

We have been using the dehumidifier for one year for our basement, and it has been working great without any problems. The humidity is controlled consistently. Very low maintenance - you set the level of humidity, and it does its job. Very satisfied with the quality of the product!

The built quality and design make it one of the highest quality home appliances we have seen and used. It has been running for a couple weeks 24/7, and no issue so far. Would definitely buy another one when needed it.

We had condensation issues after showering in my apartment and this thing works great to keep the humidity down and prevented that from happening. Needed to empty the water 1-2 times a day, which was a bit much but wasn’t bad after we got in the habit.

Seems to perform well although I'm not sure About the humidity level sensing Accuracy. The main problem is the instruction manual, a copy of the operating instructions is shown above. In particular the humidity settings and timer setting that refer to the boot state. What is the boot state? Also "Wind Speed"? Presumably they mean fan speed. Another item to be aware of, if you wish to use the supplied hose to run The water produced by the dehumidifier to afloor drain etc., be sure to remove the plug which is present in the drain hose outlet. Absolutely no mention of this is made in the user manual. Probably on purpose, but if you set the humidity level to 60, when the ambient humidity drops to 58% the machine still keeps running. I presume there is a two or three percent allowance for whatever reason, but nothing is mentioned in the user manual about it. A quiet and efficient Unit I believe, however statements such as "After the device is powered on only the power light is on in the standby shut down state" in Operating instructions within user manual does make one wonder.

The compressor is very quiet, but the fan is quite loud even on the low setting. It's an even white noise, but it's very noticeable. The listing says "50 Pint" which is not the reservoir size, it's the maximum amount of moisture removal in one day. The reservoir is very small, only 74.4 oz (about 5 pints). Bringing humidity from high 60s down to 50 requires emptying the reservoir about every 12 hours. It's annoying that the lighting flash when *either* the desired humidity level is reached OR the reservoir is full. The only difference is a very small faint red icon that also flashes when full. Seems like a poor choice of feedback. Unit seems well build and its easy to control. Providing a drainage hose is a nice touch.

I bought this for my basement. I am struggling with a flea infestation and read that if humidity levels were maintained for 48 hours below 50 than you could expect eggs and larvae to die off. It’s only been 5 days but I haven’t gotten there yet. The best is 51. I have to empty it every 3-4 hours (small tank) so I am looking into continuous drain. It’s a bit awkward the location to get it up high enough to have it drain in the sink without issue. I think I would be looking for a larger tank or one with pump but this one is doing what it says it can. Just think through the drainage before buying.

Enjoying our new unit as it has removed gallons and gallons of water from our basement. The reservoir is heavy to lift to empty so i bale some out before i lift it, or you can set it to shut off before it gets that full. You can also set it to empty directly to drain. I prefer to let it fill completely and get the satisfaction of seeing how much water it is actually removing. The water is great to take outside and water my pots with.

We have received the unit and it seems to work well yet the area that retains the water seems quite small . But glad you did ! Thank you.I see the internal plug is clear and unnoticeable unless you look clearly . You may want to point out that in you manual as there are two plugs one external cap and also an internal plug that must be removed before placing the hose.Also your QR code for extra warranty is not working .
