This lasts a longggg time!
Upfront, everyone in our house loves this! I bought this 42 days ago and still have about 10 ounces of the concentrate left in the 1st bottle (still have another bottle in the pantry). The instructions on the concentrate state to mix 1 oz concentrate with 5 oz water, but that is way too strong for us. We mix about 4 - 5 ounces with water and erythritol/stevia sweetener (to taste) to the 4.5 quart mark on our 5 quart container. So 144 ounces (and it is not weak). If you do the net carb macros on that it is, depending on the strength, about 1.33 - 1.67 g per 8 oz serving which is amazing. Once we mix it with water, my husband loves adding it to his soda stream carbonated water as a spritzer, my son likes it straight, and although not too often, my libation of choice is cranberry/vodka (Cape Cod) and this works perfectly without all the guilt. Depending on how diluted you make it, this can easily yield 8-10 gallons (and tastes way better than the highly sugared brands running 25.6 g sugars per 8 oz serving).

Very strong stuff
Very strong, sour flavor. And no recognizable similarity to the flavor of the cranberry juice or sauce which I might buy in my local grocery store. Who knows which is really the authentic cranberry flavor? Maybe this is it. But I would have preferred a flavor like the cranberry juice in the grocery store, but just more concentrated. And it's difficult to pour just a very small amount out of this big bottle with the big mouth, to flavor a cup of yogurt or tonic water. Of course, I could remedy that problem just by pouring some into a smaller bottle.

Love the juice, poor bottle design
This cranberry juice concentrate is delicious. For the juice, I would absolutely buy it again. However, the bottle the juice is in has a very wide mouth making it very difficult to control the flow of the juice out of the bottle. It spills easily. It also spills onto the side of the bottle. The label on the outside of the bottle is shrink wrapped on. This allows for the juice that gets spilled to get underneath the shrink wrap label. Thus, there is juice that leaks out everywhere even when the juice is not being poured. I have ruined too many shirts on this mess and thus I will have to think hard about whether to buy this juice again.

Best value, good taste, but hard to pour very small amounts
I replaced my Swanson Vitamins Organic 16oz blueberry extract after they jacked up the price. This seems just as good at a better price. For me there are two minor downsides to this product. First, at 32oz, it is naturally bulkier and takes up more refrigerator space. Second, it is not as easy to pour (without spilling) very small amounts.I pour and mix this concentrate into my yogurt (my only source of dairy). Berry extract is very tart while yogurt tends to be too sweet. Add in some slices of banana and it is just the right taste blend. (Yes, I know unsweetened yogurt is available but do you really like the taste? Not me.)

Country Spoon Blueberry Juice Concentrate
I was looking for something to flavor my sugar-free pancake syrup. I'm cutting back on sugar and the regular blueberry syrup had almost 7 teaspoons of sugar per serving. Using the Country Spoon Blueberry Juice Concentrate I can flavor my sugar-free syrup and only consume about 1 teaspoon of sugar. I mixed my syrup with one part blueberry concentrate to about 9 parts of syrup. I like that the blueberry juice is a little tart as it reduces the sweetness of my mixed syrup.

A Steal!
I tried this for my chronic UTIs. I needed to make a weak solution to flush out the system. I tried the real stuff from the grocery, but that is a quick way to go broke. This stuff goes a LONG way. For my mix, I only use 3 tablespoons for 1\2 gallon of water. Add a little Stevia to cut the tartness, and down it goes. I will never be without this again.

Gotta have it!
I recently bought this to incorporate into my diet regimen. I'm now adding pomegranate and cranberry concentrates to my smoothies and daily ginger/lemon tea drink. These concentrates not only amp up the health factor but they enhance the drinks with a deeper, richer flavor (and when watching your weight, flavor is so very important!). I didn't know what I was missing, but now I consider both concentrates (but especially the pomegranate) must haves.
