Great customer service
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Update: Customer service was contacted and had a replacement ozobot sent within a week. This one does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I wouldn’t recommend it for younger kids, though. Probably 10+ I bought this for my son for Christmas. Here it is, Christmas Day, and the ozobot doesn’t work at all. After charging, the white LED light came on, never blinked, never changed colors, and never turned off. The bot won’t respond to the power button and nothing on the website has troubleshooting help with this issue. This is the worst present ever. My son got more out of his new slinky than he did this piece of junk. I am extremely disappointed.

Worked great for one whole day
This was a great little toy for all of a day. My son gently used it, walking through the steps. Then without warning, it just stopped working. It won't turn on at all. It will light up when on the charger but no matter how long it stays on, it never actually charges and won't turn on or do anything. It is frustrating for me and I since these aren't exactly cheap. I would avoid this item and go with littlebits or kano if you want to do some programming fun. They appear to be hardier.

Big Hit
I don’t know much about this except that my grandson loves it. It was his bday gift. It does exactly what it promises to do. Not my cup of tea, but I’m a gramma. 😂

Great little robot that teaches the basics of coding
Great little robot that teaches the basics of coding. My kids enjoy this and love to "tell" it what to do. It's tiny, so not the best for anybody under 5 or so, but seems pretty sturdy and has held up to my kids playing with it. The changeable skins and decorations are fun for them. Wish there were more characters available (e.g. Disney). All in all a great purchase!

Beware of faulty units and limited return policy!
Gave this to my Grandson as an early Easter gift. After being on the charger for a couple of hours it was dead as a door knob & the return window closed the day before. The other unit worked as advertised. Better odds than Vegas but beware that these run faulty at a 50-50 probability rate.

Fun gift for young man.
Loved. Son and I spent hours drawing large maps for ozobot to follow. Still exploring with great gift for 11 year old boy.
