Very good
Plantronics equivalent was quite floppy and would fall off the ear very easily, this is much better fit, has not come off once. Sound is ok, though people on other end of call complain frequently about background wind noise. Does not have voice answering ( its pretty basic tech) It's cheaper than the Plantronics but not by alot. Over all I'm happy with it, it will do until something better comes along.

Volume on this is quite quiet, so no use for use outdoors, however at the desk, it’s a lovely product - lightweight, easy to pair and comfortable to wear through the day.

The best of them all
I’ve used another well-known brand that looks similar to this. However, this version is the best for battery life, outgoing, voice, quality and incoming call quality. The connectivity with my iPhone is excellent and I won hundred percent recommend this as being the best on the market.

Vaguely ok. Mic pics up too much noise, ear fit is not great and sounds is too low.
For the price and brand I was expecting something pleasant to use. I was disappointed. It is 'ok' at best. The positives: It works. The bluetooth is quick to connect. HoThe negatives: The mic picks up surrounding noises very easily. I was hoping the boom would help compared to other models, but it is not as effective as I hoped. The fit in the ear is horrible. The ear piece doesn't go in the ear channel, which is fine, but the ear piece does not align with ear hole. This results in it not feeling snug, and being too quiet.

Too quiet and too many bugs
Been using Plantronics UC Voyager for many years. Thought I’d check this one out. It sucks and I really don’t like it. It’s so quiet even at max volume, that when I’m outside I have to press it against my ears. Same in the car. Also it keeps saying ‘connected’ over and over, it’s like ‘YES I F’ING KNOW’ haha. Dam thing. Honestly don’t waste your money. It has USBC over the crappy USBA of the plantronics and a better range than Plantronics, but that’s unless of the volume is poor. Also not stable connected to PC.Overall, big waste of money. Bought about a year agoUPDATE: Just bought the Poly 5200 UC, should never had tried this Jabra, the Poly product is night and day better!
