That it works like it should
I am on concrete all day and they help me keep my circulation working like it should. They're amazing.

Magnets fell out in first week
I have owned magnetic insoles for years. and wear them daily. This pair was bought to replace a pair that I used for about 7 years. Within the first week of use I discovered that two magnets had fallen out of the insoles. Because of this, I can not recommend the use of this product.

May take some getting used to
Tried to sleep in them and they caused my feet to ache. Will try again this time in shoe. Seem strong and will take some getting used to. So not sure of benefit yet.

Very "bumpy"
Don't care for the feel under my feet. They smell like cheap plastic. Zero support!

Invigorating
They do stimulate the circulation but you have to get pass the unusual feel of the little bumps. At first they were medium to bad and now they are not noticeable. Wear socks at first now I wear them with sandals.
