Organic and raw with noticeable drop sweeteners added! Perfect!!!
A good source of fiber with noticeable drop in cholesterol. This is the main ingredient in the big named MM brand 4-in1 fiber but that has additional additives/sweeteners I am not interested in. There are warnings all over the package about choking but I have never had an issue as I mix two heaped teaspoons into 16oz of water, stir for about 5 to 7 seconds and then down the lot. I do notice however that the husk left behind on the glass sides does gel soon after and is not easy to remove if left to dry. Yes it is not delicious, it does taste like cardboard but it’s not unpleasant and I down it so quickly I hardly notice. Very happy and will continue to order.

Perfect purchase
When I purchased this because of a bread recipe, and in the comments, people said that husk would turn it red or purple rather. This does not I use it all the time.!!! Perfect for baking. It’s

No good
This is the worst psyllium husk I've ever bought. It doesn't turn gelatinous in water like all the others, and as a result it doesn't have the same GI tract benefits. It's just like sandy grit that does nothing but create pain in your gut. Waste of money!

Dissolves well
Nicely powdered psyllium husk dissolves well in liquids and incorporates easily n recipes. No strong taste.
