These are great 😃 They should have been created decades ago!More stable for people with bad balance than a basic ab roller.Body weight butterflies.Arms can go out both directions, or stay together during ab rolls to work more muscle groups.Oblique twist rolls are a bit easier because of better balance.Similar products are $30 to $50. I’m glad these are reasonably priced.The reason for only 4 stars is because one of the caps came off my first use. Reading through the reviews quality is an issue. I put a little super glue around the tip of the cap and put it back in. That should fix the problem.Over all good so far. I hope these become popular so the price comes down and the quality is increased.

Great tool to use for abs, obliques, and arms!

the idea is super cool but i bought these as a gift and i was a little embarrassed and disappointed to learn that the wheels absolutely come right off. the whole thing comes apart. no durability, whatsoever. genuinely wish i just had my money back bc we can’t really use them without fear of them falling apart at an unsafe time.

I sought these out as an alternative to a single ab roller and, as expected, I love having my hands independent of each other. It adds another level of difficulty and exposes weaknesses/imbalances, allows you to use more muscles in your shoulders, arms, chest, and obliques, and you can play with different variations of roll outs like one arm forward and the other out to the side or starting close together and going wide as you roll out. You can even do chest flies with them using your bodyweight pushing them into the ground directly underneath you and then out to the sides and back in. That said, quality is lacking. Little shavings of plastic come off during each use and the wheels themselves separate from the handles every time. A little patience and some careful super gluing of the caps to the handles, ensuring I did not super glue the wheels to the caps or handles, seems to have solved the issue of the wheels coming off. I am hoping the plastic shavings don’t continue to flake off but these take on a good amount of friction. The handle cushions feel comfortable now but I fear they will wear or even tear in the near future. Simple fix with some athletic tape if you don’t need them to be soft which I don’t. They were pretty inexpensive and they are working well enough after what I mentioned before so I think three stars is appropriate after all things considered.

Have had these for about 3 weeks now. Definitely a better option than traditional ab rollers since it allows you do more exercises. Haven’t had any issues with the durability yet but will update review if there is any problems.

Arrived with a wheel broken completely off. Not very happy.
