Better Chef 9 Liter Toaster Oven Broiler-White

Awesome product but just too small for me. Perfect for tiny living or dorm!!

I wanted to buy a WHITE toaster oven, which the Bee Chef toaster oven is described as being on Amazon's listing. BEWARE BUYERS - the actual color is an awful institutional TAUPE color. The toaster itself is extremely over-priced given the flimsy construction. I would have returned it except I didn't open the box until after the 30 day refund period had passed. Instead, I donated it to a local charity. Amazon should ensure the seller isn't able to claim the color is white, or show the photo of a white toaster oven - in the product description. This is false advertising! If shoppers want a toaster oven that is REALLY WHITE - I recommend the Vevor steam toaster oven or the Panasonic NT-T501, both of which are a true white. Both are good quality, with the Panasonic door mechanism a bit better engineered than the Vevor. The Panasonic is much more expensive than the Vevor model, and just a bit larger.

Thought I would upgrade by buying a more expensive toaster oven-WRONG. I wanted only a white toaster so I replaced an old one with this one. It will make toast--if you baby sit the oven as it toast. Yes, it is a very bad design. The wire rack sets very low to the bottom burner--thus the top of the toast takes much longer to brown.so, I have to turn the toast around (back to front) in order to keep the bottom from being ashes and the top not brown. I ALWAYS butter my bread first; therefore, I cannot flip the bread over (dripping butter will cause a fire.) I like a toasted buttered top. Oh well! I have one good thing to say--the dial is much easier to turn and the bell is fine. At 85 yrs. I won't be changing my habits, so guess I am stuck with it. Spend more money and buy something that does the job right.

Perfect size for small kitchen.

This is not good for toasting bread - the single burner on top and bottom burns about one third of the bread before the rest is toasted.
