Was really excited about this product but it is way too big; almost wonder if it somehow got the wrong tag sewn to it. My 6 year old (who will be 7 in December), got the 6-7 year old size and it hangs on her to the point that I don't think it will fit her until she is 10 years old. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it or just keep it tucked away for years and wait until it fits her. If it fit her this would be a great product as it seems to be really high quality.

I didn't know this brand so was slightly hesitant to purchase, but I really love it. It's a satiny nylon but it's not shiny. I'm not really into the flashy sequined or shiny things- I bought the black and think black ballet leotards should be rather simple with maybe a cool design in the back for a little flair. My daughter is 3 and a half and wears 4T tshirt and tops, and 4T leggings, though occadionallly some skirts or shorts are too loose in the waist and she needs 3t. Previously I bought her an XS leotard from the dance section in target. That fits her just right but is snug now and I'm anticipating it will soon be too tight. So I bought her the 130 size. I haven't tried it on her yet but I held it up and compared the two- this is definitely a bit bigger, so it may be slightly loose still- we will see ( I'll update) but not that loose. If it's still big it should fit her soon. I also bought two Danskin leotards in 6x (which everyone said run small and to buy a size up), and they are even a little bit bigger ( longer) than this one, but not by too much. Those are cotton and may shrink a bit in the wash. This one won't. I think I bought the right size- as a size smaller might fit more snugly but would soon be outgrown.All in all, I think this is a very nice leotard. Fun strappy back with a little flair, but not too over the top. The material is a nice quality, soft and silky to the touch and will be cool to wear against the skin. The construction appears to be high quality and the garment is well made- not cheap or poorly sewn which was my concern. I am very pleased with the purchase and will absolutely consider buying this brand again.

I was worried about the sizing, but I measured my child and compared to the chart the seller provided and it worked out fine. She is 9, 60lbs, and wears an 8 in regular clothing. We ordered a 140 and it fits like it was made for her. Very pleased with how cute it is and the quality of the fabric. Will definitely order more now that I know the size!

I ordered this leotard in October for a Christmas present for my 10 year old daughter, making sure to order early so that we could get it in time. It just barely arrived last week (the third week in January) and was way too late for Christmas. So disappointing! It’s also enormous! My daughter is a very petite child, so I made sure to order the 6-8 size so that it would fit her. This size is so big and drowns my child. The leotard actually fits my 14 year old daughter instead! It really is a really cute design, but not worth the wait or the size problem. Don’t waste your money!

Not sure how this has so many good reviews. The material is cheap like biker shorts material and the fit is very wide. My daughter will not be able to wear this as her underwear is on full display with this junk on. Would not recommend this item for actual dance class.

Great quality and perfect fit. I sized up cause my daughter is a little thick but it ended up being a little too big. Shes 8 1/2 and normally wears a 10/12 which fits good but long on her. The 9-10 was too big but going to save it for next year. I ordered a smaller size 8-9 and it fits perfectly. The fabric is nice and thick and doesn’t show snags like others do. Great value for the price.

Super cute, but too big. Buyer be aware that not all Arshiner leotards are sized the same. I bought my daughter a size 140 in another style and it fit perfectly, but 140 in this cut of leotard was a size too large. We have bought from this company before and the quality is very good, they wash and hold up well. Just very disappointed that this didn't fit since my little girl loves it.

My daughter needed a black leo for summer dance camp. She really wanted a strappy back. She got what she wanted! It’s super cute on. The fit is great. The quality of the material is great. I’d definitely recommend this leo!My only complaint, she’s been wearing this leo twice a week for a month. The black is starting to fade.

Lovely colour & design, but will take about 6mths for it to fit

My daughter loved the style, I ordered a size larger, as other dance outfits I purchased ran small, however this one I guess was true to size, so my daughter will have to wait a year or two . . . I might return.

Exactly what was expected. Funny watching her get in to it the first time with all the straps but she's used to it now

Firstly, the sizing runs huge. Size down from normal store sizes. I also wasn’t super impressed with the quality, it looks like it will be see through. It is not lined. I will be returning.
