for Microsoft Surface Pro 7/6/5/4 Case with Shoulder Strap, Hand Strap, Stylus Pen Holder, Rugged, Shock-Absorbing and Drop-Resistant(12.3inch)

Had this cover for about 2 years now and it is a perfect fit for my surface pro 9. Very durable and the protection on it does its job. I drop it a couple times and had not broken on me yet.

I purchased this to use at work. It worked great, more where purchased. I used a magnetic keyboard with it. This was a great combination. The strap did break off very soon after purchase. That is the only incident within months

tl;dr Looks and feels great! Bought this to replace a similar product (INFILAND crystal clear shockproof case for Surface Go 3) after that broke. This case easily beats that one in a fight. It feels like an upgrade. The other product never quite fit right because one of the clips which attached the case to the kickstand was loose. Also, while the kickstand was protected well enough with that case, this case is much better because it "hugs" the bottom of the kickstand! So, if you have the tablet in your lap with the kickstand open, you have comfy cushioned rubber with this product, whereas the other one left the kickstand digging uncomfortably into my lap! This case is extremely practical, worth the money. The straps make it convenient to carry. I'm pleased with the cushioning capabilities (again, feels more protective than the other case) -- but I don't have to worry about dropping it due to the sturdy straps! The clear acrylic is elegant and, more importantly, lets me display the plethora of stickers I've got all over my tablet. (Priorities.) The hand strap blocks a couple of 'em, but it's worth it for the convenience. We'll see if the clear plastic yellows with time, but out of the box it looks and fits great.

Build quality: Fits my Surface Pro 7 Perfectly, easy to install. The keyboard tab at the top instead of having to use a loop to secure it when closed is a nice feature. Protection: Much better than the folder type cover I had. I dropped my first Surface Pro 7 on its edge and ruined the screen. The extra protection, especially on the corners makes me feel much better; I hope I never have to test it! Functionality: The folding stand is firmer and stays in place better. Inserting the power cord on the side the first time is slightly tricky, but the side rails are flexible, and it poses no problem once you get used to it. Buttons accessibility: Everything lines up and functions perfectly. Weight: It does add some weight, but I use the keyboard all the time with the stand, so for me that isn't an issue. I spent a lot of time examining the alternatives and am very satisfied with the choice I made. Great value for the money in my opinion.

UPDATE 6/5/24: Seller reached out to me and offered to send me replacement free of charge. It was the right color this time and actually fit. I do prefer the more expensive case I already bought after the first case I bought from you guys was wrong. Since I already have the more expensive brand it is the one I am using, but I did try the free replacement sent on my PRO 9 and it fit. If I would have got it originally I would have been perfectly content. It will be a great case in the future when we add an additional Pro 9 to our line up. I updated my star due to the seller wanting to make our experience right. So if this happens to you, this is a seller willing to make it right which I find does not happen often anymore on Amazon. I just upgraded my work Surface tablet to the newer model which they are bigger. Surface pro 9 12 generation. So I had to get a new case since my older models case would not fit. I thought I would give a try to one not as expensive as the UAG brand I currently have on my old model. BIG MISTAKE. I opened the package to find the case within 2 zip lock bags. The outside one has a sticker that states it's for Surface Pro 9, the second bag has a sticker stating it's for the Surface Pro earlier models (like what I previously own before my upgrade). I knew it was not going to fit soon as I pulled it out by the size. It is the same size of case as my older model of Surface Pro 9. They mislead you with the option to buy for the 9 model but then send you one made to fit the older models. On top of that I ordered the lilac purple color option and was sent a black one. They did not get anything right. Sending it back and already purchasing what I should have to begin with, the UAG brand that has worked great for years on my Surface tablets.

Make really secure the surface, is really tiny since is really good protection

It's look great and feels nice, sturdy and durable. The only downside is it does not secure the pen at all! Unless I have a defective product. I really wish it did. It was easy to install.
