I was impressed on how easy the task was. Tools needed to uninstall and install included a Phillips screw driver, a putty knife and your choice of putty.

Hello,I purchased the water reception value on October 3rd. The cut off date was October 30th. It's now the 20th of November. So obviously the warranty has slid away. I understand companys have to have this to protect from scanners.I didn't replace it until the fifth of November getting ready for a hunt. Got to to the camp grounds hooked up to their water source and went on my merry way. My friend said the unit is leaking. Took off the hose added a new washer. Turned on the water. No leak. Next day, drip drip! It's leaking from the unit and not the hose. Is there anyway you can do a one time replacement under the circumstances, please?

We ordered this unit last August...and put it in to be ready for the road.On a positive note we are happy with the look of the unit.However, On a negative noteWhen we turned on the water there was a loud buzzing sound. It must have been the white round piece breaking loose or detaching cause as soon a we turned the pressurized [40-50 psi] city water within seconds the water would not flow into the trailer.We have requested a replacement part to be sent yesterday, so we will let you know the outcome.It's been a month since we contacted the company with no reposnse from the company.

I bought this and installed it. I assumed it was working. When I connected to shore water instead of using the reserve water tank, I could not get water inside the RV. The only way I could get water was to turn on the water pump which pulls from the reserve tank. I had an RV repair guy come out and look at the issue. I was told that the check valve was stuck in the closed position and we could not get it to open at all. I was told I had to replace the part. I am unable to return the damaged part because I bought it 3 months ago. Now I am looking for a new one.

Got it fast and at a good price.. trailer is stored for winter but it looks the same as the one on it. Will install in the spring
