It's slippery
Besides being overpriced due to the shortage, this grease was fine. It was greasy and was in a tube. What more can you ask for?

Replaced AeroShell 6 with it's associated problems
Well, Aeroshell changed the formulation of AeroShell 6 but nobody told Hartzell Propeller. As a result, in high temperature environments, like we have in Texas, the grease would separate and oil will finely mist the windscreen. The proper solution is to disassemble the propeller and replace with the new specified grease (different brand). In the meantime, you can use Aeroshell 5 above -40 degrees, not a problem here. I have used about four ounces of AS5 and the grease misting is now gone. Good temporary fix.
