I was looking for something to help with my appetite while changing my eating habits. Seeing this product in several magazines, I thought I would give it try. I have been very happy with the results. I have not had any stomach issues, I have noticed that I am not near as hungry between meals and I can tell my metabolism has kicked in to a different gear. I have been taking these for almost a month now. Coupled with a change in my diet, I am down 10 pounds. I look forward to adding some exercise to my day and hopefully the pounds will continue to melt off.

I decided to get into better shape and knew I needed to add a better vitamin to my daily intake while cutting weight (even veggies have calories when you're in a cut phase).I haven't noticed any life-altering changes, but it doesn't mess my stomach up. I'm 35 and already in good health and physical condition. My doc isn't yelling at me after my last blood test, (appointment I needed to lay off the energy drinks) so I'd call that a win.

Wilderness Athlete is a great cost effective multi-vitamin. I have taken more expensive vitamins over the years and these are just as good as ones 2X their price. These are a must. Can't wait to try their other products.

Read the label and you will notice it has pretty much everything you need. I feel great, and it's nice to see all these awesome vitamins in one package at an affordable price.

On recommendation of product line by my son (an avid hunter and outdoors-man) I tried these vitamins over a year ago. It’s a multivitamin. Gives the basic needs to fill gaps real food doesn’t provide. I’m also not big on vegetables.

Started using wilderness athlete after liking their bcaas with electrolytes and the supplements are great and cheaper than a lot of the other ones will continue buying

Was looking for a new daily vitamin and this was recommended to me, along with many other items from WildernessAthlete. Solid daily vitamin that offers what I was looking for. A bit early for a full-blown review, daily vitamins usually take a while (Days/month) to really judge, but so far so good.
