Great games

I really enjoyed this book, but I didn't enjoy the suggested editor.The price on the editor it suggested wasn't for me. But otherwise I recommend the editor, if anyone can do it. Good book for newbies.

My Grandson loved this book.

Simple, nicely explained one line at a time coding fun!Best of all the each game is only the length of one A4 page! Thought this book was going to be very basic for young kids but it's fun for adults too and the games are pretty cool to code and play.

A few of the tutorials work, the others haven't, snake, break ball, donuts, partially works, catch didn't work, some errors in them which stop the games playing. The code should be correct, one mistake or even two is too many. Basic explanations, considering the problems in some of these, they should work. All I did was type out the code as in the tutorials, listed the images from the site for them, just end up with broken code. Snake worked up until the last two paragraphs of code, no idea what happened, a capital letter missing or added, who knows.
