This is just a 22mm silicone watch strap, ignore the smartwatch stuff if you're using a real watch.
Recently Amazon had a sale on a watch I like, a Seiko Solar 42mm faced 22mm lug analog watch. A real watch, that tells time, day, date and that's all, what we in the watch enthusiast world like to call a "tool watch". Because it's a tool for telling time. Period. I"m a semi-retired IT engineer and have more than enough screens in my life, I don't need nor want one in place of a real watch too. This watch runs for 10 months on a full charge from a light source and never needs a battery replacement, eat your heart out 3 day smartwatches.I decided being as the watch is black with a sort of stencil font on the face indices that I'd take a chance on this band and accessorize it with a military-looking Army Green silicone band -- Because I do not wear permeable (leather, nylon, canvas, cloth, etc.) watch straps I decided an Army Green silicone band was the way to go with the new watch and put the canvas band that came on it in a drawer. I don't wear NATO straps either, first because they're permeable nylon (permeable is a no-no for me) and secondly because to me they look like someone tried to tie their watch on their wrist with a chunk of old seat belt. This band fits on a 22mm lug's spring-bar perfectly. It's very easy and fast to remove or replace too. I've tried to get it to let go of the spring-bar "by accident" and it's on there very solidly, at least as solid as any other system. I have a rather large 8" wrist and there's room to spare on the band. It's also very quick and easy to remove or replace, I wish more bands would use this kind of system. I wish more bands came in this length too, it's hard fro me to find one that fits without strangling my hand. The "keepers", the little loops that hold the tongue of the strap in place where it emerges from the buckle, have lugs on them that fit in the sizing slots on the band. That's a GREAT extra feature because those keepers tend to wander up and down the watchband without those lugs to hold them in place. This can cause either the tongue of the band or the keeper to snag on something which can break the band or the keeper loop. No problem with this band, the lugs on the keepers stabilize them exactly where you put them. This is something that is not shown nor addressed in the product description and very much should be. It's a deciding factor for me and I might have returned the watchstrap if it didn't have those lugs on the keepers. The band is about the thickness you'd expect and has no discernible taper from lug to buckle. Being silicone it weighs very little and does not appreciably add to the weight of the watch and strap combo. It's just a good, plain, non-reactive, non-absorbent, military looking watchstrap. That will fit on any watch, smart or otherwise, with a 22mm lug. I don't know if I'd use this strap on an Omega or a Rolex, mostly because those are much heavier watches than the one I use the strap on. It's a little plain for a multi-thousand dollar plus watch too, I think there are better choices. But for a watch I got at less than half price and intend to wear every day to save my nicer watches the wear, tear and scratches that come with that kind of use ... This band works perfectly. The only complaint I have with it is that I could do without the little "smart watch" triangles, of which there are three. One on the buckle and one near each lug attachment. But that's a very, very minor issue and not worth taking a star off my review over. I knew they were there when I ordered it and this is a style thing not a failure in design and materials thing. This particular watch that I'm using this band on has a very similar little triangle on the bezel above the 12 o'clock indices so it looks like the strap was made for the watch ... sort of. Actually now that I look at it some more, it looks quite natural. We'll see how long it lasts, I just got it. If it has an unreasonably short service life I'll come back here and add an edit to this review. If you don't see that addition, what I say here stands current.

Very good band, worth it to try
I was sent a band to test and asked to review it....I originally ordered this band in black, but due to a processing mistake at Amazon, it was shipped to some random address in a different state (not AN Cool's fault). I called Amazon, who verified their mistake, and to my happy surprise received an Amazon store credit of the value I had paid. About 2 months later though, I received an email from AN Cool asking what had happened. In my experience AN Cool has excellent customer service, and when they heard my story they offered to send a new band (22mm, blue this time) if I would test it and write an honest review of my findings. So here it is...As far as the band material goes, it seems an exact replica of the Garmin brand bands (I have Garmin bands in both yellow and black now) in size, shape, and hole spacing. The silicone is comfortable, and it has held up well to the rigors of salt water snorkeling and paddleboarding, showers, pools, and jogging no problem. Really I can't tell the difference between AN Cool and the Garmin bands while wearing them.Physical differences are, as mentioned elsewhere, a slight variation in the shape of the silicone rings to retain the strap, but nothing that affects comfort or wearability. The buckle is held on by a standard watch pin, vs the Garmin use of a bar and 2 torx screws. Their quick fit system replica uses phillips head screws, while Garmin is again torx. The release mechanism feels a hair more shallow than Garmin, is a little more narrow, and the ridge feels slightly smaller. All of which makes it a little harder for my fat fingers to use, but nothing that leaves me cursing in frustration. If you change bands every hour though, I guess that could come to annoy you. And finally, the plastic ledge of their quick fit replica (the spring loaded one that wraps around the bar on the watch face) is possibly a micrometer shorter than the Garmin. I've bought bands by other companies that, when the watch face snagged on a sleeve, the release mechanism gave out and the watch went flying across the room. So I've been a little leary about replacement bands. But this band by AN Cool has completely held up. I even tried pulling off the same sweatshirt (over a nice soft bed this time) to replicate the same snag, and the AN Cool band definitely held up to the test.Me personally, I would definitely find a safe spot and test ANY brand band before engaging in certain activities, like ripping off your wetsuit before hopping on the bike in a triathlon. But overall I have found zero faults with it, I love the color, love the band, and would recommend anyone considering a replacement band to try AN Cool before other companies. I'll probably buy another AN Cool band in gray this January, depending on what Santa stuffs in my stocking this year...

Excellent look and feel
The order arrived quickly and they are both excellent products. I travel a lot overseas and do so in rugged places so quality is important to me. These appear to be well made, comfortable and I highly recommend them. Thx for a great experience.

Great cheaper alternative!
This band is an excellent alternative to the $50 Garmin bands. Product looks legit, has solid hardware, and is made with good materials. Looks like it will last a long time! Good buy at a good price!

Comfortable and Durable Strap
This silicone strap is a great replacement for the original Fenix bands. It’s very comfortable on the wrist, even for long wear, and provides a secure fit. The material feels durable and sturdy, yet soft enough to prevent irritation. It was easy to install on my Fenix watch, and the color options match my style well. Overall, this band is a solid option if you need a replacement or just want something more comfortable for everyday use.

Good quality band
I bought a black replacement band for my Garmin Fenix 5 and this is a very close duplicate. The black is not as dark as the case, but it's not that off and only noticeable if you're staring to compare. This band does the job. Good quality at a good price.
