El tamaño es como se indica, me queda la duda de si será duradera. No me gustó que no se le pueda quitar la funda exterior para poder lavarlo, ya que así no se puede lavar nunca, y será menos duradera en el tiempo. Tengo otra que me ha durado años de uso constante, esta no va a ser el caso, a pesar de que su forma, etc.. Me gusta. Tienen otra de un tamaño superior, si quieres que te cubra toda la espalda, quizá esa sería más adecuada, pero me parecía algo cara.Y tenía la duda de si las semillas estarían uniformes como en una lámina como parece en la foto, pero no es el caso.

Couldn’t even use it once. The pad had micro bugs all over it inside the plastic bag. I wish I had read some of the other reviews. It went into the bin straight..I am just worried that the bugs haven’t spread into the house.

I had a wrist injury and this product has been very helpful in soothing the pain in my wrist.

I liked the easy method heating and size.
