Comfort and sizing.
I'm 6'1. 210lbs. This vest is comfortable and easy to put on. I use it for snowmobile racing and wear it under my overcoat. It does the job!!

Worth the peace of mind
Knock on wood I haven't had to really put this chest protector to the test yet, but I love having it for extra piece of mind. Dirt biking can be really dangerous, so taking the steps to protect myself is a no brainer. Totally worth every penny.

I am sure its fine for a dude
I am a 5'5" 125lb girl, and this is far too big. I will have to continue to look for something that will work for my size. Even with it being too big, it honestly didnt seem like it would give me much protection.
