Have used this for many years. When I tried other brands that have calcium magnesium I would wake up with like cramps. But if I take this they don’t return. Can’t always find it in the store locally

The soft gels are big but easy to swallow. You have to take three.

1 pill for 2 vitamins.

I like this product a lot, I have the minerals that I need in one pill!! Excellent choice!

Okay...so these caplets are quite large but are coated and therefore not too difficult to swallow, if you can handle a rather large pill. My only minor gripe is that 90 pills is only a months' worth by their dosage calculations, which makes it fairly expensive per day. ( This error is my own fault though, or not reading the dosing instructions before buying...and I only take 1 per day anyway, since that's more than adequate along with a healthy diet) Otherwise they are good...easy to get down and no unpleasant stomach side affects. I will very likely buy them again adn continue to use them as I do now at a lower dosage rate.

So far I'm enjoying these calcium gels. Much easier to swallow than hard tabs. And I feel like I'm getting a much fuller dose. Everything I want in a Cal gel.
