Doing a great job for presentations in district Little League meetings
Only thing bad I have to say about this device is it is not totally automatic for what we do with it. Would like it to automatically select. HDMI input. So far has worked 50/50 to automatically come up on that port on power up. Need it to work every time as not all of the people on district staff are technically savvy. So far the auto focus has worked perfectly. The quality of the image is great. I know it is going to serve us well for a number of years. Have used other LED projectors in the past and the laser image quality for surpasses any of those that I've used. Of course in a previous job. The company I worked for Photo & Sound Company corporate in San Francisco. We rented out to companies for major events with a person to run it the GE "light Valve" Talaria large-venue video projector.

Customer Support Lacking
Had a software issue with the Android dongle when the projector arrived. It turns out to be a known problem: The setup menu fails to open a "software" keyboard when it comes time to login to your Google account. Since the projector is a "Google TV" device you must login (or create) a Google account in order to use the apps and app store. Briefly, I called support, they insisted I send the provided Android dongle in to them in order for them to ship me a replacement. I did so within an hour of my call to them and provided a photo of the dongle at the fedex office. Heard nothing back that day. Wrote them. Received the following reply by email next day: " I have uploaded your replacement unit within our system and it should be shipped out shortly. Please note, during this time, shipping may be delayed. Once your replacement is shipped, you should receive an email with tracking information. Feel free to reach out to me if you do not receive your replacement or if you have further concerns or questions!" I waited a few days without getting any emails or tracking for the replacement, so I called back, speaking with a different rep this time. According to Fedex my defective device had arrived and was in their posesseion. but still no tracking or shipping info had arrived. The rep told me that shipping was out of his hands and there was nothing he could find out for me or do. Apparently they cannot communicate with the shipping people. "Okay," I said, "but this projector is a Christmas present and if I do not have it up and running by the 12th, I am returning the whole lot to Amazon and let them deal with it." He seemed to agree that that was my best option. The 12th arrived and still no tracking email had arrived from Anker so I initiated a return of the whole shebang to Amazon. But before I punched the button to print the labels I decided to check the mail. Sure enough, the dongle was there. No email, no tracking, no nothing, but the dongle was there. It was close. I quickly installed the replacement and this time the software keyboard appeared, allowing me to set up the projector. This is not what I would quantify as exemplary support when we are talking about a $2000 piece of gear. In my view they should have had a dongle out to me same day with a tracking number I could follow, particularly when this is a known defect on these units. But enough about support, what about the projector itself? In short, we love it. It gets the majority of use outside on our patio and though not really that great in full daylight generates plenty of brightness and clarity for viewing from dusk to sunup. Auto keystone and focus work well. Only problem is that the projector has a hard time determining the borders of our screen when the sun is too bright and projects too large of an image for the viewing area. I cannot find any manual way force it to neck down the image to the right size in these cases and just have to wait until it gets dark enough for the projector to discern the white/black borders of our screen. Streaming by wifi is simply flawless. The thing does a great job of delivering steady video from all of our streaming apps. The sound is great for an integrated unit and all we need for our outdoor viewing. We also love the handle and build quality of the projector. We got the Nebula stand and projector case along with the projector and plan on taking it mobile when opportunity presents. The case is very nice, a perfect fir for the projector and rigid enough to protect it while stashed with luggage. The stand is sorta meh. It is advertised as capable of having the cord routed through the base and up the pole to the projector but that one is no go. The power plug is too big to route through the stand. Also, the stand is not really height adjustable at all. What it really is is a two-pole affair where you can use just one of the sections and have the thing 20" off the deck or use both sections (they screw together, not telescope) and have it ~35" high. They also do not make it very easy to get the projector firmly screwed onto the 1/4" threaded mount. You almost have to spin the projector while you hold the top of the mount. Not that impressed with it and if I had it to do over I would not have ordered the stand. But as for the projector itself, we love it and hope it gives us no more problems as I really do not relish dealing with Anker Nebula support again.
