Got this to try and clean up my old yellow headlights and it worked like a charm, buy this and some mothers mag and aluminum polish chuck up the Velcro head and one of the foam pads into your cordless drill, apply mothers to the pad and the headlights themselves and make straight horizontal lines back and forth across the front of the headlight at slow speed back and forth, high speed on the drill. Wipe down the headlights every 10 minutes and reapply mothers until your satisfied with those shiny and newly bright headlights! Also great for cleaning up golf club heads too lol!

Like other reviewers here, I really like the product and can't beat the price but I was frustrated that the mfr couldn't take the time to describe how the different pads should be used. There are differences in the texture and hardness of the pads but it is not intuitive how those differences will affect the polishing process. Perhaps there is no difference and the mfr just used different colors for the fun of it and we're all scrambling around trying to make sense of it. Anyway, the "system" works great. I used it to polish out the headlights on my wife's 2005 Jag and it worked perfectly. Using the No. 7 Rubbing and Polishing compounds, I was able to clear up each lens in about 15 minutes each.

I like this product. I've had it for quite a while and it hasn't worn out.In all fairness, I use this to buff guitars, not cars, so that is bound to extend the life. Great product got the price

Comes with alot of pads and attachments, never got to use them as after I opened the packaging and felt the quality I could tell these would just be disposable after 1 or 2 uses. No type of documentation on what density or how coarse each pad is. I returned these and spent the cash on the Lake Country pad and backing plate.

A decent set of pads for little diy jobs

I've used this polishing pad kit a few times already. When you look at the pads it's obvious which ones are course and which ones are fine. They are small so they clean out easy. I will likely buy these again.

I think they knew it was a faulty productIts a way to protect their money, sell it to someone else.

I bought these to brighten my headlights, since that time I've used them for buffing out scratches and other blemishes from my car and travel trailer. I wish I would have discovered them sooner.
