I love Genexa CLEAN medicine. This works quickly. It's very hard to find adult medicine that does not have artificial dyes! This one is effective and equal price to other medications.

Good, but not great.
There's nothing really good or bad about acetaminophen- it's a pain reliever/fever reducer and that's it. For Genexa, I really like and appreciate what they're trying to accomplish by removing unnecessary (and potentially toxic) ingredients in medicines, and you can take this product knowing that you'll get the pain relief that you need without all of the other negative ingredients that you don't want. If there is one flaw to this product, it is that the caplets aren't coated, which (at least for me) caused a certain amount of indigestion and upset stomach. If these were coated, they'd be perfect.
