Wahl Men's Grooming Black Modern Foil Shaver Charger Cord, Rechargeable Battery, Fits 5 Star Shaver

This is the only electric shaver EVER that did not irritate my face. Decently close shave. Simple mechanism, parts are easy to remove and replace ("field strip") for cleaning. Excellent product.

You can't go wrong with this charger. It fits my Wahl shaver just right, better than the original one bc it snaps in the shaver & I can use it without the cord coming out. I couldn't do the with the original one bc the cord kept coming unplugged from the shaver. I would definitely buy this again even though I've only used it 3 times this far. I hope It holds up. I'll do a update in the next month or so.

I've purchased a Wahl shaver from a local beauty supply store and the charger that came with the shaver stopped charging after a long period of time, meanwhile the shaver was fine, but I was in need of a charger. Needless to say the charger I purchased at Amazon.com worked wonderfully and Amazon saved me $70 for buying a new shaver. So when you see your shaver isn't being charged, most likely you're in need of a new charger, the price of the charger is $15 instead of $70.00. Thanks for the savings.

Exactly what I was looking for

My husband lost the charging cord that came with his Wahl Professional 5-Star Series Finale shaver. I located this replacement on Amazon and ordered it for him. When it arrived, he opened it and immediately said, it didn't look like the one that came with the shaver. I took it and plugged it in and asked if the light is suppose to stay on when it's charging. He said yes and came to check out the replacement cord. I was plugging it into the base that came with the shaver and the light would flicker blue but not stay lit. He took the shaver off of the base and plugged it directly into the shaver and same thing, light flickered but did not stay on. He advised that the original cord was thicker than the replacement and that it may not be the correct voltage. Also the replacement cord does not fit the grooves on the charging base or the actual shaver. There are grooves on both sides of the cord that connects to the base. The replacement cord only has a V-shaped groove on one side of the cord so the cord does not sit flush. My husband said he would check WAHL website for a replacement part. This may fit the original 5 Star (burgundy) shaver but not the newest model the "Finale" (black). So I'm sending this back. Buy at your own risk.

This charger, charges my Wahl shaver like a G. It's as efficient as the factory one it was sent with.

My well-used Wahl shaver charger frayed at both ends. I wanted an OEM replacement. This is exactly what I needed and expected. It came ahead of time and at a good value.
