I recently had the pleasure of trying out a pair of Brooks women's shoes, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. Beautiful shoe, fit perfect 7.5, supportive and comfortable for walking and running indoor and out. Would buy this shoe again and again. Compliments on the style / design all the time.

True to size but not a great match for my feet. I have a small foot (US womens 6, average width, about 8-8.5" at the ball of my feet) and a higher instep. The stitching for where the tongue is attached digs into the top of my foot, and they and are too tight over the top in general. I loosened up the laces, and they still dig in at the stitching, while also rubbing from too much movement.A half size up can help with this (its a common issue I run into), but I have not tried it out with these yet.With that said, the width and length are perfect. Exactly what I would expect. I would feel comfortable recommending that people order their usual prefered size. They also feel nice, with a balanced shock absorption thats not hyper squishy.I also ordered the 23s, and they do not appear to have this problem for me, though I have not worn them for as long, so thats just an out of the box first impression.The pink and blue leopard print is absolutely adorable, and I am genuinely bummed that these shoes ended up bothering me as bad as they did.Also, probably more supportive then I need. The decorative shapes around the heel have a rigid structure that I didn't love. I didn't take off a star for that. I'm still learning about running shoes and what "supportive" actually means and I'm just sharing my experience. I have high arches and rigid (too stiff) tendons. Arch support and stability might have been doing me more harm then good here.

Great shoes. Extremely comfortable. As a nurse, these shoes get me through a full shift without any discomfort. They also look really cool.

Have been wearing this type of Brooks shoe for several years. Looking at the current year versus old year there is very little difference, At the cost of current year shos being about $160, I wait to get the previouse year at about half the cost. Just not as many color selections. Great support. Durable. Laces stay tied. Breathable, easy to wash.

Very light and comfortable. Don't love the laces (a bit shorter than I prefer) but they'll do. They stay tied and don't slip open, so that's a plus. (even though I do double knot, but they don't come undone, like some other 'slippery' types do). Love the colors and the fit. Light arch support and good for walking.

I have tried a LOT of shoes to supporty high arches and relieve plantar fasciitis pain and strain. These are so comfortable, and supportive enough not to need orthotics (which is good, because they go not fit in these). The arch support is fantastic. The fit, too. I've purchased many different brands of shoes to help my chronic issues with my knees, back and feet. These are my favorite, right out of the box. Bonus: I also have arthritis in my hands (since childhood), and I can slip these on hands free and even skip tying them on my bad days, for a quick trip to the store. They still stay on and hug my feet. Though for lots of walking, tying them is absolutely a must.My teen son has the same shoe in mens sizing and loves them.Sizing is spot-on.
