Great way to keep baby cool in hot weather
This seems to be keeping our girl cooler in her car seat. We live in FL, so it's always hot & she would be all sweaty on her back & back of head. I've definitely noticed she's not as sweaty, if at all now. We have a Chicco Keyfit 30 car seat, & it fits a bit awkwardly & I can't figure out what the hooks on the back are for (maybe because I didn't read the instructions...), I just thread them through the empty seatbelt holes & tie them behind the seat.I was a bit skeptical of the mesh, because it feels like it might be uncomfortable, but she seems happier in the seat now.

Quality product
Quality product and it does work on reducing heat. My baby used to have sweat all over her head and body but with this, her sweat is significant less. Plus, when su makes a mess, I just tossed the cover into washing machine and lay dry to clean then is like brand new. Highly recommended. Just don't think this will work as well as turning up the AC. Is help to "reduce" body heat

Not great.
I live in CA and was spending a month in Austin with a newborn so I thought this would allow us to be outside more often.Horrible material so I was hesitant to try it out at all - its a really rough hard mesh-like fabric - then when I went to put it in, the design didn't work with any of the car seat belts on any of the car seats we have.Hit and a miss for us.

Not Ideal for Uppababy Mesa Car Seat
I had high hopes for this product but it did not fit an UB Mesa car seat - it made the head area way too tight for my little one (even with the cushions removed). And I have to saw that the mesh material was more rough than I expected & hoped it would be. I would imagine it working much better with strollers in general.

All I have to say about this product is that before I started using it, my husband and I could not go anywhere without baby crying the duration of the car ride because he was miserable from the heat. Since we started using this product, the only sounds we hear now are coos and happy babbling. HIGHLY recommend this product if you're parents and you enjoy going places in your car.

Worth the money for the summer heat.
Went to an amusement park and 110° heat. Baby was obviously hot as we all were, but he wasn't covered in sweat the way he normally is in the stroller. I'd say this mesh insert did it's job.

Great for Florida
My baby was getting so hot in his car seat and this definitely helps so much. He is a lot cooler. It's summer now so he still sweats a little of we walk, but is happy on the car and doesn't fuss as much
