Roots to the Fruits
To connect the "roots to fruits" analogy with Never Be Sick Again, you can think of the "roots" as the foundational principles that support a balanced life: wisdom, family, faith, work, and health. These roots provide the stability and nourishment needed for success and well-being. Just as in nature, when these roots are strong and well-maintained, they yield the "fruits" of a healthy, happy, and balanced life—mentally, physically, and spiritually. The book emphasizes the importance of these aspects for overall well-being. By focusing on balanced nutrition, mental clarity, spiritual alignment, and healthy relationships, one can foster wellness and harmony in every aspect of life. Just as good health is the fruit of a well-nourished body, success and happiness in life come from the solid "roots" of wisdom, balanced work, strong family ties, and faith.Never Be Sick Again supports the idea that cultivating strong foundational habits (roots) leads to positive, healthy outcomes (fruits) in all areas of life."If there is a will to make difficult things happen, then that will can be fulfilled."This reflects the central theme of Never Be Sick Again: the power to transform our health and life lies within our mindset. By nurturing the roots—wisdom, family, faith, work, and health—you cultivate the fruits of a balanced, fulfilling life.

Simple, common sense information for better health
This books is based on a common-sense premise that a disease is a result of inadequate nutrition and toxicity. The author appropriately suggests that if you get rid of toxins and provide your body with the nutrients it needs to keep on rebuilding healthy cells, you will never get sick. However, since most of us live in a toxic environment, it is almost unrealistic for an average person to meet the standards of health the author has set in order to "never be sick again" - but the ideas from this book may help you to improve your health. If you want to enjoy great health and long life, it only makes sense that you should look into the lives of people who have been living long and healthy lives - and especially because you will find avalanches of books on nutrition with contradictory information. Wisely, the author bases his health model upon the lifestyles of people who enjoyed not only longevity, but were also free of any degenerative diseases, at least while they lived cut off from the civilized world - like Hunzas from Pakistan and Vilcabambas from Peru. Both lived in mountain regions, ate food that was as close to its natural state as possible (free of pesticides, and genetically engineered ingredients), engaged in some form of vigorous physical exercise, through hard physical work, walking, running or traditional folk dancing, lived peaceful lives, and enjoyed community support.Again, since most of us do not live in health-inducing environments, the idea is to do as much as we can to improve our chances of better health. Most of this book is not geared toward any specific nutritional advice, but rather on how to minimize elements that weaken the immune system and make the body susceptible to diseases.Through six chapters, the author shares six pathways that contribute to our health:- Nutrition - learn to select and prepare the types of foods that will enable your cells to function at their best- Toxins - learn where toxins are found and how to avoid them- Psychological - body and mind are part of the same system; your thoughts and emotions have direct influence upon your health- Physical - do you have enough exercise, rest, sunlight and fresh air- Genetic - learn how to optimize your genetic potential and avoid genetic damage- Modern Medicine kills and injures millions of people every year. Learn how to make educated decisions about the treatments you may or may not need.Personally I like to read books by people who write them based on their own experience and not just by rehashing information they read elsewhere, so I appreciate that the author of this book was on a brink of death and has recovered his health by using the principles he shares in this book. He did also share interesting excerpts from different studies to support the points he was attempting to make, and although somewhat dated, they are still relevant today.

Sound advice how to stay healthy but you won't like it ...
Author is spot on on , info in the book is pertinent and I cross referenced his info from many sources ( over 30-40 books, most of them written by M.D.'s). Truth is not pleasant and nowadays most people( mainly younger generation) are brainwashed to only do and hear what they like and makes them feel good. If we do not examine why health conditions occur and allow ourselves to be the prisoners of the habits and foods we love, there are consequences. Please go to YouTube and see the author at over 80 yrs old how he looks and presents himself. Seeing is believing. There is AMPLE clinical evidence for over 80 yrs that vitamin C is an extremely potent and universal remedy. Please read books by renowned cardiac surgeon Thomas E.Levy M.D. so you understand how this brilliant and very cost effective therapy has been marginalized and twisted by flawed clinical trials designed to obliterate it. Also I may suggest books by Dr.Sherry Rogers M.D. to understand better the scientifically basis for the extensive advice in this book. Most physicians do not read but some clinical trials due to time constraints and most only pay attention to the conclusions. However methods used in the trials and statistics examination are paramount since these are most frequently manipulated for the advantage of the sponsor ( most often pharma company). I am a dentist and in dentistry over 70% of clinical information based on clinical trials is flawed and biased. This is a fact I noticed in 30 yrs of reading clinical journals. It is evident if one applies himself to read and understand all the material, and use critical thinking and statistical knowledge in data interpretation. Regarding nutrition, the saying "we dig our grave with our teeth" may apply well. IMHO I highly recommend this book. It gives the lay person the general guidance without burdening them with the medical scientific basis.

The cell problem is either deficiency or toxicity!
The book, I believe, touches people's lives when bringing one example of a nation that lived a long life (Hunzas). Also, I like the way when the writer organizes the paragraph when letting the reader focus on reading and understanding the idea; and ending the paragraph by adding an appendix for more information. Thanks!
