Originally the product I received was faulty. The plastic was brittle and the panels wouldn’t snap in without breaking the basket. I contacted the seller and requested a return label, explaining the issue. They promptly responded with a full refund with apology, and didn’t require the items be returned. I was very satisfied with that resolution, but within a couple more days I unexpectedly received a new shipment of baskets (grey ones) that we’re made from a different batch of plastic with a letter from the manufacturer apologizing and explaining that my batch of baskets was being removed from inventory and recycled. My replacement baskets had been tested to ensure the panels wouldn’t break when removed/installed. I’m so impressed that this company would go above and beyond to correct my issue! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

I received my two baskets right on time and I love them! I got them for my husband as an Easter gift so I don't know yet how they will work out but they are pretty and seem well-built. The stone color is more off white/grey than the whiter color shown. I would love to have an all white option, but the slight grey is still pretty.Thanks and hope they look as pretty up as they do in the box!

I was looking for planters or coco inserts that allowed side planting. I did find the coco mats but then came upon this fantastic hanging basket which can be used again and again as opposed to one time season use with the coco mats. I loved mine so much I bought two more to plant and give away to my adopted daughter for Mother's Day; one already planted and one unplanted so she can use for anything she wants to plant.

I like how Easter are to use. I am hoping the flowers stay in.
