I'm not a vegan but there are days when I try to eat a vegetarian diet with very few animal products so I like to supplement B12 during those periods. The gummies taste great and fit my needs to get enough B12 for energy (fat and carbohydrate metabolism.)

B12 is best absorbed when sitting under your tongue for a bit so it makes sense to have a gummy version and they recommend slowing chewing I assume for this reason.These taste good despite being sugar free.I would just recommend only taking one or even half of one a day because the serving size of 2 gummies is 41,666% of daily value. I can't think why you'd need that much even with needing to super dose d/t GI complications.I would recommend these all rhe same. I just take half of one a day vs. 2 a day.Product of Israel

These gummies have an ok taste, a little "stiff" for a gummy, but chew up well.However.... they contain isomalto-ogliosacchrides for sweetener I assume, and they wreak havoc with my digestive system! The first time I tried these, I took just one, not realizing the dose was two gummies. Day 2 I had a lot of gas and day 3 was not good.... and I didn't realize this was the problem until just after I took 2 again this morning. Imodium is my friend again today <g>I definitely won't even take any more of these!

I haven't had any bloodwork done to test my B12 levels so I can't comment on their effectiveness, but I can say I found them to be of wonderful quality. They were chewy, but not to the point of being gummy & sticking in your teeth or so rubbery that they were difficult to chew. Taste is completely subjective, but they were quite tasty to me and I had to keep reminding myself that they were medicine and not to be eaten like candy.

I am on a low carb lifestyle so I appreciate these are sugar free, although they are not carb-free. They have good flavor and are easy to chew and swallow. I have ordered a few of their other products and have been pleased with those as well. I would definitely order them again. 5 stars!
