Although i gave it a 5 star, the guitar just didn't bond with me due to the advertising was misleading. The guitar i got is made in China, NOT Indonesia. I highly suggest that you do buy it though. Just be aware what is posted which clearly states that these guitars are made in different factories and are subject to change. The guitar if you buy one, I'm sure you'll cherish the fun of playing music on it.

Well packaged but longer than average delivery however the quality and structure of this is absolutely incredible for the price. Hubby is very impressed with it. Highly recommended for both beginners and experienced players

Although the earlier Affinity models were lower quality than Fenders, these are up there in quality and workmanship, close to (and in some ways better than) USA made models. In fact, this guitar plays BETTER than my 2019 USA-made Strat, which chokes the notes out whenever I bend strings. That guitar now gathers dust. With these new 2021 Affinities, they've raised the price but it's worth it, trust me. MUCH better fretwork leveling, 3-ply pickguard, gloss headstock face, improved logo, 2-point trem, and absolutely superb fit and finish. the only downgrade is the ceramic pickups - upgrade to traditional alnico pickups and you're now firmly in Fender USA territory.
