I've been purchasing this tape for years now to keep my mouth shut while I sleep using a CPAP machine. It lets me use a much less invasive nasal mask without worry about mouth leaks. I went from having horrible sleep to feeling rested as soon as I began using this tape at night. It sticks very well but comes off without tearing my skin. Much better value and functionality than other similar products I've tried.

I use this for mouth taping. It is economical, comfortable and much better than any of the various types of tape I have tried. My son is on C-Pap and swears by this product, I am not but frequently wake with a dry mouth so am obviously sleeping with my mouth open. This tape alleviatesthat problem. Recent studies have also shown that mouth taping is beneficial for overall health.

My PT was using this to go under the leuko tape for my knee surgery recovery. It was so helpful that I bought the materials too. It has helped my recovery greatly! Fabulous product!

Excellent, strong adhesive that doesn't disappont.

This works pretty well for mouth taping and it doesn't tear your skin off when you pull it off in the morning. I put a little dog ear on it so I can grab it and gently pull it off my mouth. Also it's a little bit porous so it isn't too suffocating if you do need to breathe out of your mouth. Definitely dog ear it though.

I have been using this product for a while and it has been a great product, useful for the sweaty skin to apply other tape on it, this is also a good deal that I recommend.

As a noobie CPAP user adjusting to mouth-breathing I decided to pay a whopping $25 for a 30-day supply of the expensive H-brand mouth tape strips, figuring it would up my odds of success. But I had problems with drool causing the edges of the tape to leak. In fact, I was going through 2 strips every night.When my supply was running out I took a chance, followed Lanky Lefty's You Tube advice and ordered this tape, but I really wasn't expecting much. I was amazed at the difference!First of all, this is much wider than the H-tape strips, so it holds much better. I like to use two horizontal strips that overlap slightly for a super-strong hold. I'm not having any problems now with my saliva causing the edges of the tape to leak. And it hasn't irritated my skin.Lanky Left was right, and I've now put this tape on subscription.
