Perfect - 32DDD and the small/medium fit perfectly
I had bilateral mastectomies with a stressful/had reconstruction process and needed to find a strap to help with the implant I had to have placed. I am having a hard time finding the right words to describe how much I love this strap in comparison to the versions that the breast and plastic surgeons gave me after surgery. This one is wide so it covers much more area, is not as noticeable under shirts and it holds the implant down and in place and it is comfortable. I have recurring capsular contracture on my implant side as well and have been using the surgeon provided straps to successful move the implant down (along with massages) so hopefully this strap will continue to give me success. I am going to order a few more in both colors. I currently measure at a size 32DDD (32 band, 40 bust) and the small/medium fit perfectly

Adjustability with Velcro a plus - comfortable
This is a great product - a bit pricey for an elastic band - but adjustability and comfort is a plus.. the band itself could be wider by an inch or 2 that would make it even better it’s a bit thin ..

it works
The material is great, but the ruff Velcro hangs over a bit an tends to be uncomfortable. I got some soft Velcro and covered it.It is a great product and kept me from hurting while on a road trip. I use it nearly every day.

Love it!
My doctor had given me an ace wrap after surgery and it was very difficult to control the tightness of the wrap, found this and figured it was worth a try. It was perfect, so easy and I was able to wear it under garments and it looked like an under shirt and was much more discrete. I think it will also be good to prevent painful bouncing once I’m able to run again.

WAY too big!
I got the smaller size, and I had to sew off 5 inches to make it do anything resembling compression. I am a 34 inch band, so it is beyond absurd that the small is too big on me. I am textbook small.Once I fixed it, it became passable, though, so if you are at least a 38 this might do the trick.

Glad I found this...
As promised, it provides soothing post-surgical compression and support for me. I do like it, a lot. I don't like that worn either way in or out, the velcro has managed to catch my garments or even to stick me once in a while! So, it helps to be careful about where you position the velcro hooks.Interestingly, the description claims a "Soft Natural" color, but the tag sown into the garment reads "Brown" FWIW. Also, an appropriate sizing chart would be a big help. The one provided only gives waist and hip measurements, and most of us won't be using it there! LOL!

Could be better
I liked that it's wide and smooth, and doesn't look totally obvious like most of the other bands designed to push the breasts down after surgery. Wish someone would make these with lace on them so they look nice peeking out from under shirts. Seriously why hasn't someone done that yet? My only recommendation would be to slightly taper the rough end of the elastic so that it doesn't slightly overlap the soft part and scratch the skin or snag clothing. Anyone looking for size reference, I measure 38" at fullest bust, and this band fits on about 1" from the loosest setting. If you're bigger than 40" you might wanna go with the larger size. UPDATE: I'm downgrading to 3 stars because the rough Velcro edges have left a bunch of snags on a very nice compression top, basically ruining it. I'm pretty upset. Tapering the rough Velcro end would have prevented this problem. I have requested a return and will go back to the elastic provided by my surgeon because at least it didn't destroy my clothes.
