This set did a magical job during my bathroom renovations. I used three different sizes to make holes on my 12x24 inches tiles. The each job was done perfectly neat and accurate in less than a minute after I started the drill. I haven’t used one of these before, but it worked like a champ! Having buggered up tile before trying to start a hole, once bitten, twice shy. If you have open space around the target area, this works perfectly. Limited space (like between a sink and the wall? You would be better off drilling a guide hole in a piece of wood and firmly clamping it in place.

I bought this set because I'm doing two bathroom updates in our house this year. Beyond that, they probably will not be used again. The hole saws work okay. The suction guide cannot always be used if the holes are located near or partially on the edge of the tile. Without center guide bits, they can be difficult to start. Holding a sponge with some water up to the side of the bits and gently squeezing the sponge and wetting the area while operating makes the bits cut cleaner.

For the money, this is worth every penny. Used this on two tiling jobs. Very easy to use and gives extremely professional looking results. Perfect for creating inside radii, holes for plumbing, and cutting a core through a tile to install wall anchors for shower curtain rods.

Do not purchase-I ordered these then my shower install got delayed, so I'm just now beginning to install grab bars. Started today....the 6mm bit bore one hole and was done, the 8mm bore three holes and was done. Before you ask...yes I was using water during the drill...these are just cheap inport junk and of course now that my project was delayed I'm passed the allowed return date
