LOVE this little device! Got it to use with my MacBookPro that does not have a CD/DVD drive. I watch movies, do my workout DVDs, burn CDs...and it's super slim I can take it with me everywhere.

The front of the disc reader has come off. What's up with quality control?? Also the cable is too short.

Bought this as my computer doesn't have an internal, works, but very slow.

Did not work for me on my new MacBook Pro. It made sounds like it was trying to read the disc but nothing happened. Maybe it is defective but I am returning and trying another brand.

Worked great the first time I plugged it into my MacBook Pro, then it stopped working. Appears to be dead. The item listing says this product comes with a one-year warranty but Amazon says my 30-day return window has closed. Purchased it in late July. Very dissatisfied with the product, which came with no instructions relevant to my hardware, no customer support info.

I haven’t had any issues with this external dvd drive. Works great!

Not very well made but it works fine. Seems a little flimsy.

After two others including an Apple one this works fine
