this product was really great for about a month. i did my legs, pits, and bikini area. it does take more time than shaving but the results last much longer. i was really excited to try because i usually have to shave my legs and underarms every other day because it grows back so fast, but with this thing and an hour i was hairless for almost two weeks (if you have thinner hair it’ll probably be much longer time than that). that said after a month i don’t know what happened but the machine just stopped gripping my hair and on the occassion that it does catch a strand it immediately stops working (with the strand in the machine so you can imagine how painful that is). now i think it’s a product that’s made for traveling and sporadic use not for regular treatments. that or mine is just defective.

Not going to lie! Super cute! Fits perfect in my hand, and was affordable but unfortunately it did not work. I bought brand new batteries and it still didn’t turn on.

Great product

I read some reviews of this product and was a bit tired of asking for help from hubby to manage those pesky chin hairs. It turns out that the ads promoting this as such completely contradict the packaging and instructions for use. Only for use on legs and armpits in spite of promotions for facial hair and bikini line. In spite of that, it doesn't grab 75% of the hairs and I spent the time I thought I would save following up with tweezers. There is no method to clean except to tap it on something and hope you got it all. Not even a little brush to clean it out with. Honestly, I'm learning that expensive, professional, and permanent may be the only solution to this problem.
