Very Sturdy
I am very happy with this Finnhomy 3 tier utility cart. The cart is made of metal with a silver finish, and right out of the box it felt more solid and better built than similar carts I have used from big box stores. Assembly was straightforward and familiar if you have ever put together a wire shelf. The black plastic spacers fit tightly and stayed in place during assembly, which made the process smoother and less frustrating than expected. One thing I would note is that there is a shelf intended specifically for the bottom. I did not notice the difference until the bottom shelf was fully assembled, so paying attention to that detail ahead of time would save a little rework. I am using this cart to store my freeze dryer and its accessories. It feels very sturdy under that load. Unlike some of the wobbly or lightweight designs commonly available, this cart feels stable and well balanced. The wheels roll smoothly, even across uneven surfaces, which is important given where I am using it. What stands out most is that the cart feels more industrial and substantial than comparable options. It does not feel flimsy or temporary, and that gives me confidence in its long term durability. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this cart. It performs well, feels well made, and meets my needs better than alternatives I have tried. I plan to purchase another one when I need an additional rolling cart.

Rock-solid rolling cart that handles serious weight
Rock-solid rolling cart that handles serious weight I’ve had this Finnhomy 3-tier chrome utility cart for years, and it’s one of those “why didn’t I buy this sooner” items. Assembly was quick and intuitive—no tools needed—and the parts fit together snugly without wobble. Once it’s set up, this thing feels solid. The shelves are made of thick wire, and the poles are heavy-gauge steel that doesn’t flex even under a few hundred pounds of gear. The casters are large and industrial-grade, so the cart rolls smoothly even when fully loaded. Two of them lock securely, which keeps it stable while parked. I’ve used mine for everything from moving heavy grocery loads and water jugs to holding power tools and boxes in the garage. The handle gives great leverage for steering, and it’s easy to maneuver through tight hallways. The chrome finish resists rust and wipes clean easily. Just note that while it can handle damp areas (like kitchens or laundry rooms), I wouldn’t leave it outside in the rain. The adjustable shelves are a plus — you can customize spacing to fit larger items or stack storage bins. After years of use, there’s no sagging or squeaking. It looks professional enough for indoor use but tough enough for garage duty. Bottom line: This is a commercial-grade cart at a home-use price — sturdy, smooth-rolling, and built to last. Ideal for kitchens, garages, or anywhere you need serious mobile storage.

Sturdy Household Cart
Love this cart! Don't know why I never bought one before. We have been using this cart all over the house. It is so sturdy, roomy & easy to use. The wheels are great, heavy duty & maneuver over any type of flooring but work best on hard surfaces. The gridded shelves work well without liners but there are liners available online that fit this if you plan to put tiny things on the cart, like Legos or small office supplies that could fall through. We use it for bringing groceries inside, putting laundry away, moving water bottles or packages of soft drinks. Right now we're having the kitchen renovated & are using it to empty cabinets. We will probably use it as a temporary kitchen by putting our microwave & coffee maker on it. We are 5'3" & 6'3" & it is a good height for both of us. Very reasonably priced. We also have a shop cart made by Kobalt that we like but it has a weird shaped top shelf because of built-in hooks so it's not a perfect rectangle. This cart is the same size all the way across so you can use every inch of each shelf. It has a sleek look, multiple finishes & will fit snug against a wall. Could be used in a professional setting as well. It was very easy to assemble but best with two people to hold the poles level as you slide the shelves on. We love it!

Solid, stable, well-made
I purchased two of these carts in the past two months, to help haul boxes and other stuff during my recent move. I'm now using one of them to hold workbench supplies that I've not yet sorted out, and another to move stuff around in my new home. Both of these carts have served me well so far. These carts performed quite well during and after the move. The 500lb load rating is fair - there were times where I had nearly that much weight on the cart and in most cases there was no sign of instability or difficulty in moving the loaded cart. The only time I noticed any sign of instability was on one occasion where I had a ~250lb object on the top shelf and no load to speak of on the other shelves. The cart is not rated for this sort of loadout so I was not surprised that there was a little bit of wobble when I moved this load - all the same, the cart got the job done without bending or breaking. The supplied 3" hard-rubber casters move smoothly and well and turn easily under both light and heavy loads. Assembly was straightforward and not difficult even for a single person. Everything went together without a hitch. I would note that this cart is NOT the absolute best that money can buy - U-Line (shipping supplies company) sells wireframe carts in various sizes including one with similar dimensions to this item that are made with heavier gauge wire and (for the larger carts) 5" casters. The U-Line carts are rated for 1000lb, whereas the cart sold here is only rated for 500lb. However, the U-Line cart in this size is almost twice the price. Bottom line: I recommend this product for light and medium duty hauling and storage. It is reasonably priced, solidly built, moves smoothly, and is easy to assemble. Its 500lb weight rating is honest, as long as said load is more or less evenly distributed over the 3 shelves. Its only shortcoming is that it is not quite as solid as some of the heavy-duty carts on the market.

Sturdy, easy to move
Very sturdy and not unattractive. It moves easily and helps store all the random small appliances I seem to collect

Very smooth moving under load. Easy to set up.
Used as a desktop and all-in-one computer cart with 2 desktops and monitors and a Dell all-in-one sytem for software testing station. Rolls easily over any floor, never unstable or wobbly when locked in place, and shelves can be varied in height if needed. Bottom basket configuration lets me keep cables and accessories handy. With wireless mouse and keyboard at desk I can turn this easily 180 degrees to acces each system as needed. Not the intended purpose perhaps for this product, but if it handles my (ab)use it will handle almost anyone's. This is the fourth product from this brand I have purchased, and other than a few minor issues common to most of this type unit I find them perfect as long term storage and utility. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this cart.

Very sturdy
Fantastic quality. I use it for homeschool curriculum and supplies. It has nice aize wheels which help get it over our 3/4 inch threshhold with ease. It is bigger than expected but very sturdy and can hold a lot of weight. Super easy to assemble, only took a few minutes.

Easier to assemble than I thought, strong and good looking
Finnhomy 3 Tier Heavy Duty Commercial Grade Utility Cart, Wire Rolling Cart with Handle Bar, Steel Service Cart with Wheels, Utility Shelf Plant Display Shelf Food Storage Trolley, NSF Listed The cart comes packaged in a plain brown cardboard box. With a line drawing of the product and manufacturer information on the outside. Opening the box, the instructions are somewhere in the middle of the unit. They've taken care to protect the edges of the wire racks in shipping using some heavy plastic corner protectors. They have also protected the ends of the upright poles with similar plastic covers. Unpacking everything to lay it out and make sure we have all the pieces, one thing we first noticed is that the wheels for this are indeed quite heavy-duty. All of the posts are individually packaged in plastic as well, to keep them safe and clean in shipping. The wheels screw onto the bottom of each post, with a threaded insert inside. Two of the four caster-type wheels have locks on them. The threaded insert they have for the wheels is very well made because they screw on easily with no binding. They tightened easily with the included wrench. On the opposite end of the wheels, there's a slick black plastic cap to seal off the top of the rod support. Putting the lock pieces onto the uprights is not difficult, once you master putting them in the correct direction, they almost lock into themselves to hold on to the pole while you're putting the shelf in place. After that, for the second shelf, it gets a little fiddly, but you just have to be careful that everything lines up well and that the little ridge in the lock piece lines up with the detent lines in the uprights. Once you accomplish that, it firms up and is quite solid. The cart has quite a solid feeling and is strong. The four-inch wheels roll easily and make it easy to move the cart, even on carpet.
