I was expecting this to be heavier/more sturdy for what it costs. We haven’t decided if we’ll keep it, but definitely feels overpriced for what it is. I’d never use it as a cutting board or as more than a centerpiece on a table because the edges flake off like bark from trees do. Underwhelmed.

I wanted so much to love this board and I was very anxious for it to arrive, however my excitement turned to disappointment as soon as I unwrapped it. The live edge is very brittle and fragile. A large chunk was already broken off. One end has a small nub of a branch that is still attached and another area looks splittered. The wood grain has a beautiful pattern but the finish is very poor. I always love supporting small businesses, but unfortunately, not this one. I will be returning this board.
