Connector not right for my oneplus 8 pro phone
One on the right is what came out and left is the one i was sent. Plus side is I order another from another provider and that one was right. The different side connection prevent it from snapping in.

It only allows fast charge in one side of the port
I doesn't have fast charge for two sides, you will need to flip the charger cable side most of the time.
