Danish Blue Cheese, Sold by the pound

This blue cheese is truly wonderful, IMHO and should be at the top of every connoisseur's to-buy list.Its delightful, fruity sharpness is not overburdening and delights the palate from the first mili-second after it's imbibed! The price is a little exorbitant but the thrill one gets upon sampling that first crumb is something that for blue cheese lovers will lead to a life-long enjoyment.Don't fail to order this product!

Was somewhat hesitant to order initially but upon receipt, it was properly packaged for shipment. Flavor at room temperature was excellent and worth a recent repeat order for the holidays!!

So delicious! Packed beautifully with ice packs. This is a beautiful flavorful cheese. Oh so good!

There was confusion on the amount i was ordering. The Amazon product section said 2 lbs. The shipping info said 3 lbs. and the delivered product was slightly over 1 3/4 pound. The real disappointment is the price. I paid $49.99 for my order. Today when I am asked to write this survey, the price has been marked down 44% to $27.95, just 15 days later.The cheese arrived as a half wheel and the product is very tasty and what I had expected. No complaints with the quality of the cheese. The price and weight issues will send me somewhere else when I reorder.
