Excellent portable speaker
This is one of the best portable speakers I have ever purchased. I previously had a boss portable speaker and another non-Anker portable speaker but this one is definitely superior in both the quality of the design and the sound.Bluetooth connection is very straightforward and the speaker picks up the signal very rapidly. The design is solid with easy-to-press buttons (unlike the other non-Anker speaker, which my mom complains a lot.) and you can easy to tell how much power is remaining on the speaker. As for the power of the speaker, I tried it on the top floor of the car garage (open space) and have no problem of getting good quality of audio far away. Bluetooth connection is definitely good for 66feet.This is not the first Anker product I bought (I bought their cables before) and I am sure I will buy more from them in the future.

Works well with my mobile setup
The speaker is well made and has a premium build quality. Sound will fill any size room in the house with good bass especially when you place the speaker on a glass or wood table. Bluetooth pairing is simple and fast. I’m using it primarily with my Surface Pro 4 when I’m at home. When the Anker speaker turns on the sound immediately transfers from the Surface without delay. When turned off, the sound switches back to Surface just as fast. For me, this is the ideal mobile setup.

Please please don’t break on me cause I bought 2 of them.
I really really the looks and sound of this speaker however, I am nervous that mine might fail on me (I bought 2 of them) after reading all of the negative and positive (probably because of Anker’s phenomenal customer service) reviews that mention product failure with this speaker. Also, for those of you that think that the Pro has too much bass there is an easy fix to this if you have an iPod / iPhone. Just go to Settings> Music> EQ> and then select the Bass Reducer setting. This is what I do and since the BassUp feature can’t be turned off on this speaker; the Bass Reducer setting cuts the bass in all the right places but still leaves a better low end punch then if you were able to turn off the BassUp feature. I tested this with my SoundCore Boost as well and this setting with BassUp feature on leaves you with a very very nice NET low end bump then when I have the EQ & the BassUp were both off.The only reasons that I gave this speaker a 4 star is because is because I can’t micro adjust the volume level on it. There seems to be very distinct rather large volume jumps any time I push the volume buttons or try to slide volume on the touch screen. Also, my boost being only 20 watts is noticeably louder than this 25 watt speaker. This doesn’t bother my too badly though because I never crank this speaker up past 3/4 anyway; it’s probably due to speaker driver efficiency. Some better quality higher fidelity speakers drivers take more wattage to get moving so maybe this is why it’s not as loud as the Boost (which is 20 watts) or even the JBL Flip 4 (which is 16 watts and is very very loud).Update: This speaker also has very narrow volume listening range; it starts to become audible for listening at around 1/2 volume and then up to one click below 3/4s volume anything above this and there is a strange volume pumping compression. Anger is working on improvements to this speaker.

Satisfied!
We received this a couple of days ago. The package included all materials and was professionally sealed. The instructions were pretty easy to follow and setting up the bluetooth connection to my ipad was straight forward. We listened to music of varying quality. The good stuff sounded very clear. The range on the device was much better than we expected, and the signal was retained with the same quality even if we went into different rooms with the ipad and the speaker. We're happy customers!

Im an anker fan boy and love their products but this speaker is not That great
Im an anker fan boy and love their products but this speaker is not That great. The speaker feels solid and design is very impressive but sound quality not so great. It has way too much bass and when you're listening it on high it over powers the vocals and it almost sounds like it lowers the volume on it.I have the regular anker premium speaker and i can truly say that it is definitely louder. At work i usually have the volume on 3 bars on my iphone and on the new 25 watt speaker it has to be on 7 to be at same level.Only good thing about this speaker is The fact that it has a battery indicator to know where the level is at And the metal grille that wraps around the speaker. Makes it look very nice.In the end i wanted sound quality over looks.Save yourself some money and go with the anker premium speaker, you won't regret it.

Excellent quality, deep bass
Excellent quality, deep bass. Small enough to fit anywhere, powerful enough to fill the entire room with quality sound. I've been using it to play holiday sounds for the past couple days without having to charge. Connecting to my iPhone was very simple. I can easily control it wirelessly from my phone. Switching between multiple devices was very simple and reliable.
