Had a battery issue after 6 months of usage.contacted the caresmith customer care and they replaced the non working one with a new massage gun within a week without much hassle

It was delivered in excellent packaging and pristine condition. I charged it for around 4 hours (the required first charge) then did a test run of all the heads plus took it to the max level 32 to check its functioning, works perfectly! All of the heads are designed so brilliantly. My favourite is the air-cushion one, I used it on my knees and ankles (works amazing on those bones, mine pain sometimes so I needed that.) I’m highly impressed because the box also is like a carry-on!! Will update again after regularly using for longer because I happen to need it a lot even for other members in my house. 100% Recommended. I don’t generally take the time to write reviews but this one deserved video + photo + written review. Great product for ₹2000 (got it during freedom sale). I love it!

It is a great budget option with many features at a fairly low price. I would suggest going for the more expensive one with longer travel from caresmith itself.

The product died in around a month after purchase. After which it didn’t work or charge. Getting the customer care to understand the issue and pick up the product itself was a big task to accomplish. Now that the product has been picked up to be fixed they aren’t giving me any details of when I’ll get the product back. First they take my money and then they keep the product. As of June 2024 I still haven’t got back my product and am planning to escalate this further. But sadly a very bad experience.

This is the review in first few hours. The massage gun does pretty well job. All attachments fit smoothly to gun. The vibration level is sufficient at Level 1 itself. The power on button needs to be pressed for 3 seconds to start the gun. The overall product build quality is solid and gun on hand appears little heavy but manageable. Little disappointed with charging cable as it appears to be of low quality.. no power adapter provided with this so need to arrange one.
