I love this stuff. I use it on ribs, chicken, pork loin, and boston butt and absolutely love the flavor it adds to smoked meats. There is a wonderful mesquite flavor, with just a hint of 'heat'. It is that perfect 'mesquite bbq' flavor seasoning that I've been looking for.
