Very cheap quality product, Cant expect can last more then 1 month.Work from home and this headset is worst than the last pair I got. I get I can’t hear you or do you hear that echo. Ridiculous. And you can hear everything around you they do not cancel out the noise.Very light weight. Poor microphone quality. Other people on the call said the sound keep breaking up.

Headphone was alright and sound was mediocre. However, after only 1 week, the mic stopped working and then the audio too. Clearly company is cutting corners and there is a serious defect with this product. This is not a bargain. Go look somewhere else. DO NOT BUY

Good value for the money. As I have disability was pleased everything was simple. Plug and play and I was well away. Mind you the packaged was very secure, and I found opening a challenge, but everything protected well means nothing damaged!

This product felt extremely flimsy right out of the box. It's just cheap plastic with standard foam earpieces which get very uncomfortable after prolonged use.The product stopped working after only a couple of weeks due to a faulty wire connection.There are better products out there at a similar price.

Sound is ok, the headband isn't the most comfortable. The problem with these is that they don't always work, it's hit and miss.

The headset's plastic feel is prominent and I'm not confident it will last long.Even on the first day there seems to be an issue when I touch the volume control box the sound gets distorted.I guess you get what you pay for.

This worked well a basic pair of headphones for Zoom and MS Teams calls but after months the microphone stopped working.

Overall these are a decent headphone communication kit work well I know there’s better out but for this price brilliant my daughter uses for work TFL
