Amending my review: after the company saw my review they reached out to offer replacement and make sure that I was set. They consistently followed up and made sure that the new unit was in good working order and I had no problems. I appreciate the service and the follow-up. The replacement product has given me no issues and works as desired. Purchased item and when I finally plugged it into use it it worked for a 3 seconds and stopped. I was very disappointed and no matter what I did I could not get it to function after that. If it was functional then it would be a decent value for money. However, quality control needs to be revisited. This unfortunate is the size was perfect for what I needed and I did appreciate the suction cups on the bottom to keep it in place.

Great product. Love the way this mixes my resin colorants/pigments. Work fast and great.

It works best with thin paint or opaque dyes. It will eventually mix thicker paints that are separated. I tried on opaque resin pigments, old nail polish, and metallic craft paint. It worked best on the pigments since they are pretty thin. It worked okay on the nail polish, but it took quite some time. It struggled with the metallic craft paint. It did better than trying to shake it, but it still didn't fully incorporate all the separated pigment. I don't think it is really intended for the craft paint, but it did help.

This little ONiLAB Mini Vortex Mixer is awesome! It’s small but super powerful, and the touch-to-start feature makes it really easy to use. I’ve used it for miniature acrylic paints—it thoroughly mixes them to a smooth texture, although sometimes it takes while depending on how long I’ve neglected the paint. I also found it helps to change the angle of the bottles to make sure the mixing balls do their job right. Speaking of which the 120 mixing balls are a great bonus, too. It stays steady on the counter but does make a little bit of noise, but it’s not too loud. Definitely worth it for anyone who needs a quick, reliable mixer!

When it works it's great, but for the last few months it has been intermittent at best at working as it should. Most of the time now I'm having to push down with a LOT of force to get the mixer to go. It's supposed to be a very light touch, not something that is straining my muscles. Edit: Updating my review after the 10/10 customer service I received. The company saw my review and offered a replacement device that arrived very quickly and works 100%.

This little vortex mixer has made paint prep so much easier. I use it for all my acrylic paints—especially the ones that separate or get chunky—and it mixes them perfectly in seconds. Just press the bottle down and let it do the work. The included mixing balls are great too—I dropped them into my older paint pots and now everything mixes way better. If you're into mini painting, this is 100% worth it. Total time-saver!

Great item! I have been a model railroader for many years and had accumulated a lot of small jars of paint that had not been touched or shaken in 5-6 years. This paint shaker has brought every one of them back to life without my wearing my arm down shaking them. The suction cups on the bottom hold it in place on my table, as it will vibrate around if not stuck down. Simple to use and works great. Before I use any paint, I stick it on the shaker for a minute or two and it is ready to go. Very recommended!

Got this to shake my paint bottles and it mostly works, it's just a little slow especially with thicker paints like GaiaNotes
