I have taken weight loss products like this before and have lost some weight. I weighed myself the first day, six days later I weighed myself again. I was very upset because I put on a pound. So I thought 'great' I'm on my way. Six days late I weighed myself again. Still at my starting weight. Upset but was willing to keep going. Six days later I lost two pounds. I was happy, it was happening. So to make a long story short, thirty days later I lost four pounds with diet and exercise. Cost way too much to lose only four pounds. My appetite was not curbed and I didn't feel any better. But my hair grew and my nails were great. I will not buy another bottle of an over priced hair and nail supplement.

Yes they taste good, No I didn’t lose any weight but gained 4 pounds. Also was on subscription and missed the skip date and these are not returnable…. Which I also missed.So I am stuck with a bottle I don’t want and can’t return. All on my failure to read it all.Since can’t return, I will give them another month….Maybe I’ll lose a pound
