Easy to apply, looks like wood
I was covering unneeded holes in the back of a 58 inch white washed multi-level wood television stand/cabinet being put to a different use as a dining room sideboard. The color and graining were a perfect match for the wood back. Easy to use and apply with markings on the back to guide cutting to the correct size. Really perfect!

Don't do it!!
This is extremely cheap contact paper. It is thinner than paper and wrinkles very easy. The slightest bend while applying will result in a wrinkle that can't be removed. It bubbles as it's being applied. It has to be applied on a white or similar solid surface with no color variation as it will show straight through the paper. It rips easy as well. Don't waste your time here

It’s ok
It sticks ok, it’s thin, it tears easily. It’s great for a low touched/used area that is already light. I used It to cover my dark desk and the dark shows through, you can see where it over laps each other too. It easily ripped to two areas while i was Applying it. It’s not terrible, but not great

East to use and looks great
I had an old ikea stand with windows in each panel and I didn’t like that you could see through it so I wanted to cover them up. I painted the cabinet first with some chalk paint (rustoleum, also purchased through amazon) and then used this contact paper for the glass. I love the finished look! The contact paper was easy to use and had the grid on the back which made it easy to cut to the appropriate size.

Disappointed in quality and thickness
This paper was brittle and cracked when I applied it. I think it was an old roll that had been stored in a hot warehouse for too long! That aside, it was too thin for my purposes. I needed to cover some old paint stains on a folding table. I could see right through the paper and the stains stood out. Very disappointing.

Does not look at all like picture.
This looked like a plain white paint over wood. No shine or gray color as shown in ad. I am returning.

Very thin, stretches out and wrinkles easily
Very very very thin, almost see-through. Stretches out and wrinkles easily. Tore when I tried to pull it up to fix. Would not adhere evenly and without bubbles no matter how many methods I tried. It is very cheap and you get what you pay for. Might work for small projects on a light-colored surface, but I wanted to cover some sliding mirror doors and the end result was awful.

The wood grain is very convincing
This is EXACTLY what I was in search of. I really hated my dark reddish fan blades in my apartment and I did try flipping them to their lighter finish on the other side, but I wasn’t convinced. I wanted to see them WHITE! In hindsight, I like the lighter wood finish better and will probably change to that, but this contact paper did exactly what I hoped it would AND the wood grain was perfect for the fan blade look.
