I decided to replace my cartridges when I had to order new sublimation ink. These were a good price. However, they have been nothing but a heartache. At first my Epson WF-7710 didn't recognize the black cartridge. I worked and worked with it, and tried EVERYTHING I could find on the internet. Now it recognizes the black cartridge, but not the magenta or yellow. This has held up my crafting for over a week now. I am so disgusted with these cartridges.

My WF 7710, which I use for sublimation, never printed perfectly and got worse over time. I thought it was the print head, so I cleaned it and ended up replacing it. Still, it didn't work well. I then purchased these cartridges, and the printer now works better than ever. No more banding! These cartridges are way better than the ones I got when I originally converted the printer. Don't forget to properly prime the cartridges and not just fill and forget. Videos online on how to do it properly.

I'm disappointed, the black cartridge would not register with the printer.

Amazing customer support, quick response from seller to help troubleshoot. I reached out because the printer was not accepting the black cartridges. I first tried replacing them, but the issue persisted. After it was said and done, the issue was resolved with purchasing updated “chipless firmware” and installing it onto the printer.

If it would let me, I'd rate 0 stars!! I should have trusted the reviews and too late to return or refund for me as it says to keep it in the bag until ready to use. I cannot get any ink to come out the bottom ink port at all on any of the colors. I did about a dozen print head cleanings, tried to ping a jpg picture that uses a lot of ink, and even made sure the cellophane on the ink port was punctured properly and still, no ink coming out at all. If you are brave enough to buy, try it immediately so you can return it if it doesn't work!!
