cyrico 2-Speed Professional Pet Grooming Clippers, Pet Clippers Kit for Dogs & Cats

Last year I purchased these cyrico 5-Speed Professional Pet Grooming Clippers Heavy Duty, Pet Clippers Kit for Thick Coat Dogs & Cats, sold by LUDLATA, which I used for about 10 months and I really liked them. They are quiet, meaning they don't vibrate or buzz loudly which scares the dogs , they have an adjustable speed button and the blade is adjustable for various lengths. Best of all my 11 dogs didn't go crazy when I used the clippers on them. Unfortunately, the clipper's rechargeable battery failed after about 10 month's of use.Update: After I posted my disappointment on the pet clippers (cyrico 5-Speed Dog Clippers Professional Heavy Duty Dog Grooming Clippers Trimmers Clippers for Dogs Cats with Intelligent LCD Reminder (5-Speed) Byronic), I received a note from the customer support team at Ludata. The representative was absolutely amazing and after I provided some basic information she sent a replacement clipper and charging unit. I have never had such excellent customer service from any company in all my years of buying items. I am very happy with the replacement clippers and appreciative of the effectiveness the Ludata Cyrico customer service. Based on this experience and the quality of the clippers, I highly recommend these clippers and the Cyrico/Ludata equipment.

Quiet and strong, I have a German Shepherd and it didn't frighten her and took off the thick hair

The first pair of these clippers we had broke when plugging in the charger. The automatically turned on and would not turn off. I contacted the manufacturer and after some effort received another pair of the clippers. This new set of clippers would not hold a charge, and then also automatically turned on when hooked up to the charger and would not shut off. They are quiet but are of poor quality.

Our order arrived today. We opened the box and started using the clippers immediately. I could not believe how well they worked on our 2 goldendoodles. We got them both groomed with the initial charge. Very happy with this purchase and our dogs are too!

Just love this rechargeable clipper !! So pleased with purchase, easy to use, quiet and fits in my hand just perfect. My little dog just stands so patiently while I give her a haircut, no loud buzzing or over heated clippers to make her fidget... highly recommend these clippers !!

Work great, long battery life thank you so much for a great product

I am beyond disappointed with these clippers. The first time I used them in November they worked wonderfully. I used them once a month up until now. (A total of 6 times) they are making an awful noise when cutting, the led indicator has not worked since the first time I used them and they do not charge for longer than one minute. It seems as though they aren’t even cutting my cocker spaniels fur at this point. I have used them 6 times and they have never worked right. I am beyond disappointed in the quality and would never recommend these to anyone who wants to use them more than once. Awful.

I have Shih Tzus , one of them has a really thick coat and the clippers that I had just would not cut him. This one works GREAT. They are much quitter than my other brand and the adjustable speed is wonderful. thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU for a product that works on him.
