perfect for those struggling with fine motor development...and it's FUN too
This is the perfect activity book for young children to help development their fine motor skills. The activities are explained very clearly and make very creative use of pencils, colored pencils, and scissors. My favorite activity was "cutting" the stem of the flower to reach the petals. Since it's printed on high quality paper, the cut-outs can be saved for future activities. Two thumbs up !!

Its not often I feel compelled to review. This book is basically very similar activities repeated on different themes - eg fast food, sports, insects. The book says 4+ but requires children to read distinguish between upper and lower case letters and submit the initial sound for words. This would have been better had it shown more opportunities for progression - eg move from tracing long straight lines to shorter. Also some pages have three lines to draw - not a lot to occupy a child. Images are mostly colour so you couldn't even have children colour afterwards to continue skills. Perhaps in showing a sample of the activities in the store page the buyer could get more sense of what was in the book.
