For geographical reasons, I buy my clothes and most other things on line. I hike every day, and go to the gym three days a week, and need clothes that will hold up, not bind, and look decent. I am 5"8" tall, weigh 215 pounds, and it is hard to guess at sizes online, so often I go back and forth on returns. I ordered two pair of these short, in blue and raspberry (pink) and was THRILLED to find they fit perfectly from the get go. I've been wearing them hiking and to the gym, and they are very comfortable in our heat and look great. The number, capacity and security of the pockets ensures my larger size cell phone is protected, my keys don't fall out, and my iPod stays in a pocket with the zipper allowing the headphones cord to emerge. I am considering ordering at least one more pair, as I have earned that once I find something that works SO WELL, I'd best stock up against future unavailability. Finally, they are the only shorts/pants I hike I that don't need a belt to keep them up, even with phone, keys, etc. in the pockets (I put the phone in a leg pocket, which helps). So far they are sturdy, lightweight, and holding up well.

A really great cargo short. Quick dry fabric and so comfortable. Perfect fit. I am a size 10 and the medium was perfect. Even though cargo design and great for hiking and swim cover, it is casual enough to wear out for errands etc with a nicer blouse or top. Love the pockets and style and washes beautifully.

I usually wear a size medium for pants and shorts. I ordered these shorts in navy and khaki, medium. They are shorter than expected, and I don’t like my fat knees which are exposed in these shorts. The medium is too snug for me, and pull on my belly. It’s not a big belly, but it’s not comfortable to sit in these shirts with fabric tight on my belly. The material is thin, and when I put my cell phone in one of the pockets, it pulled on the fabric. Not a good look. I really wanted them to fit, & hold my phone without pulling pocket down. But I am returning them due to size, length, and fabric concerns.

I bought these for my vacation in Florida. They are lightweight and quick drying. Also, several pockets, which I love since I don't carry a purse. Sizing is slightly small but not terribly so.

Short version: Very comfortable, lots of roomy pockets (zippered, velcroed, and normal open pockets), fit as expected, dry fast, nice and cool for the summer heat. Personally experienced issues with durability, but I still love themLong version:I wear these to work everyday. I cycle between the black and the khaki. They're very convenient with all the pockets and the belt loops. Unfortunately after 2 months, a hole ripped in the left zipper pocket. I loved them regardless, so I sewed the hole and ordered another pair. This second black pair hasn't hit the 1 month mark yet, and I need to sew 3 of the 4 belt loops. It is hard to sew them over and over with weak hands; this is probably the last pair I purchase.

These are very comfortable and light. The pockets are my favorite thing. My phone fits securely in my back pocket where I prefer it. Deep side pockets and extra cargo pickets with zipper and velcro. These were purchased so I would have a pair of quick dry shorts for our favorite amusement park where water rides are plentiful. I love them so much I'm buying more for every day wear.

True to size. I am 5'3" and the shorts are a bit long so I roll a cuff. The fabric is soft and I like the pockets, makes the shorts sporty

I work as a campground host and needed cooler clothing. These are soft, very breathable and tough. They are perfect for my needs. Fit is perfect.

I ordered very large because I hate elastic binding my waist but the material is very light and comfortable. I ordered another pair. Plenty of pockets for keys, iPhone, threats for the dog and more.

Lovely colour, just as pictured. Quality and construction is good but the fabric is more flimsy/lightweight than it seems from the pics. Sizing runs a little large.
