This crisper pan is large enough for a family size dish and cleans up very easily.

I am disappointed that this is copper coated and not solid copper. Didn't see that anywhere in the description. Right out of the package, there was already a small are of copper that was scratched away by the feet of the basket. But overall, that hasn't impacted it's function. So overall, not a bad purchase. Just be aware before buying. Wish the seller was more up-front about the copper coating.

I really only needed the basket, and it seems to work great—I've had no issues with it after about a dozen uses, and it has been easy to clean when it's actually needed it.The pan is a different story—everything sticks to it, it's really difficult to clean, it stains readily, and the "copper" coating readily comes off when trying to remove baked on stuff. I started out being gentle, no luck. Tried a couple scrub sponges, no luck. Finally tried Barkeeper's Friend—the finish came right off. So I gave up trying now just use it as a drip pan on the bottom of my convection/air fryer oven (with an induction cooking surface—the best!!!)My three-star rating is an average—I'd give the basket ~5 five stars and the pan a single star. Set your expectations accordingly.

I own a new LG Electric Range with a built in Air Fryer setting. The LG oven and air fryer works great. I own both the "official" LG-sold air fryer oven rack that cost nearly $70 delivered and this 12x18 Copper Chef Nonstick Copper Crisper pan 2-piec set. I find the Copper Chef rack/basket & pan easier to use, clean, and store.I wish I did not buy the "official" LG air fryer oven rack!I do not put any cooking spray on the rack/basket, but I do take a paper towel and rub the basket/rack with a little vegetable oil if I'm cooking chicken wings to any coating from sticking and to keep cleanup incredibly easy.I do not put anything on the rack/basket for any other common air fryer friendly foods like fries, shrimp, mozzarella sticks onion rings, etc.I do not put the rack or pan in the dishwasher, but clearly they will fit. I wash the rack by hand with some Dawn dishwashing liquid and nonstick safe sponge and cleanup is a cinch!I have not used the cookie sheet for cooking, but have used it as a catch pan on a lower oven rack for pies, cakes, and anything I think may spill over. I do cover the cookie sheet in aluminum foil for easier cleanup and because I'm lazy!I received the pan in December 2020 and have used it about 12 times since then. I only use the pan for air frying.

I like this pan & use it in my air fryer oven. I wash it carefully but some of the "copper" has rubbed off. I have used it 4 times in my new $3000 convection/air fryer/bake GE oven. Makes me wonder what I may be ingesting or breathing.

I love this pan and oven fry set. It works great for oven frying mostly anything that you can coat with bread crumbs or other crumb like coatings.Anything like chicken breast, chicken thighs, zucchini, eggplant, fish fillets, etc. I used the 3 coating method of flour, egg dip and bread crumbs. I used the panko mixed with regular bread crumbs, but any type can be used. I mix 2 cups of bread crumbs with a little salt, and then add 2-3 tbs.of olive oil and rub it into the bread crumbs to lighty coat them before I flour and dip the food in the eggs and then the bread crumbs. And bake in a preheated oven. 450o for bone in chicken thighs for about 40-50 min. Turning half way through. Boneless breast pieces or fish pieces, or vegetable pieces at 475o for about 30-40 min. Turning half way through. Depending on the size of the pieces.Using this pan set for oven fries works great as well. Just season with s&p or whatever you like and coat the fry cut potatoes with some olive oil, and bake at 450-475 for 30-40 min. Turning half way through.Just make sure to line the bottom pan with foil or parchment paper to catch any crumbs that fall off so they dont burn the pan, and makes for easy clean up.This pan is great if you want the crispiness of frying without the greasiness and mess of pan or deep frying.The rack can also be used as a cooling rack, and the bottom pan can be used to oven fry meatballs etc. Just make sure it is lined with foil or parchment, for easy cleanup.I am going to order another set so I can make larger amounts of food at a time.The pan arrived ahead of time from the distributer.It was quick delivery.

Recently purchased a stove/ oven with an air frier in the oven. This pan/ basket is large enough to spread items out and works beautifully.

with everyone going on about air fyers these days..we decided to get this copper crisper for our Convection oven AKA air fyer!...and it works great..we use it at least three times a week...and we are not restricted to cooking small batches like a stand alone unit air fryer...AND not another appliance to find a place for in the kitchen!,,lol

Love this basket & tray, perfect large size for family of 4 in our air fryer oven. Makes everything crispy, no need for oil or spray, super easy to clean non stick. Def would recommend or buy again!
