These sleeping pills are not very effective. They claim to put you to sleep and you cam stay asleep, but not for me. I would like my money back.

Only problem is it’s so expensive.

I used this product for about 15 nights. Some nights it worked but most nights it felt like it enhanced my wakefulness. For what I paid for these I would have expected a better result. Very disappointed.

I have occasional insomnia. The more stress the higher frequency of insomnia. I struggle to quiet my mind. I had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately it only worked for one night. However, it seems to work for my adult son who has occasional sleep struggles like me. Also, it is expensive at $50 for 30 tabs. I subtracted 1 star for price, -1 star for not working for me, but 3 stars for working for my son.
